On the work done in the field of land relations for the second quarter of 2024

In the field of land relations

474 resolutions of the akimat regarding land use were adopted, a total of 141 land agreements were drawn up, of which 178 were purchase and sale agreements and 319 were land lease agreements.

The 17th meeting of the land commission was held, as a result, 9526 documents were considered, of which 8949 received a positive decision and 577 received a negative decision.

Public services in the field of land relations

A total of 1070 requests were registered.

Based on the results of the second quarter of 2024, 1,070 services were provided to legal entities and individuals.

Through the office of the service provider – 104 services

Through electronic government (e-gov) – 966 services.

On the transfer of land plots for individual housing construction along the Kyzylorda-Zhezkazgan highway with a total area of 980 hectares

Issues of development of land plots issued in the «Baiterek» microdistrict by individuals, work done.

In the project of detailed planning of the total area of 980 hectares along the «Kyzylorda-Zhezkazgan» Highway, approved by the resolution of the regional akimat dated 27.05.2013 No. 148  516 hectares for individual housing construction, 285.0 hectares for road construction, 19.0 hectares for common green spaces, 51.0 hectares for the construction of social facilities are established.

In order to satisfy the requests of 11,087 citizens who were in the special land queue in 2005, it was possible to transfer land plots to 7,587 citizens with the size of land plots in the range of 800.0-1000.0 square meters.
