Report on the provision of public services for the first half of 2023

In accordance with the register of public services approved by the Order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK, local executive bodies of the Akimat of the city of Kyzylorda provided 63 types of public services.

In the first quarter of 2023, 50 thousand 941 public services were provided in the city. Including:

- 44 thousand 254 services through the e-government web portal (87%);

- 5 thousand 69 services through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (10%);

- 1,618 services were provided directly through the offices of independent departments (3%).

The most popular public services during the reporting period were services in the field of social protection of the population, as well as architectural and urban planning activities, in particular:

- 7 thousand 606 (15%) state services were provided for the service "Registration of job seekers".

- State service "Issuance of a certificate for determining the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" 5 thousand 278 (10.4%).

- For the service "Appointment of state targeted social assistance"

5 thousand 174 (10.2%) public services were provided;

The Akimat of the city is constantly taking measures to increase the receipt of services in electronic format through the services of the portal "Electronic Government" (conducting awareness-raising events, fairs of public services, media coverage, distribution of brochures, showing videos in crowded places, etc.). During the reporting period, 5 articles and 30 materials were published.

In addition, it is aimed at promoting electronic public services in the city (on S. Beybarys Street) and in suburban settlements and rural districts "E.gov web portal" posted 10 billboards.
