About the work done by the municipal state institution "Kyzylorda city Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways" of the Akimat of the city of Kyzylorda for the second quarter of 2024

The budget of the Kyzyloda City Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways for the current year amounted to 21,723.0 million tenge. Of these, 3,442.0 million tenge are provided from the republican budget, 11,956.0 million tenge from the regional budget and                         6,325.0 million tenge from the city budget.          A total of 10,439.0 million tenge was allocated for the development of the city’s road and transport infrastructure. Of these, from the republican budget 380.0 million tenge, from the regional budget 6,522.0 million tenge and from the city budget 3,537.0 million tenge.           Namely, 143.0 million tenge were allocated from the budget for the construction of a road bridge across the Kyzylzharma canal along Tauelsizdik 25 Zhyl Avenue, 385.0 million tenge for the construction of a road from Nazarbayev Ave. to 25 Years of Independence Ave. and reconstruction Zhappasbai Batyr, Yassaui, Kosherbaeva streets in the amount of 4,931.0 million tenge, construction work is underway. (Contractors: Service NS LLP, UAD LLP, Kyran LLP).          On the territory of the city with a length of 53 kilometers on                    50 streets, 4,521.0 million tenge have been allocated for the average repair of the road, construction and installation work is underway.          For reference: (Asphalt):          - Medium repair of Sh. The contractor "Kurylys Business and K" LLP is carrying out the relevant work.          This year, the share of city streets in good and satisfactory condition increased by 5% compared to last year and amounted to 84%.           Street lighting:A total of 1,282.0 million tenge has been allocated for lighting the city streets; work is underway to install lamp posts on 54 streets of the city. (Energo Mera LLP, Energiyanur LLP, Aisultan Company LLP).                    In total, 5,109.0 million tenge were allocated for improvement of city streets and courtyards of multi-storey residential buildings. Of these, from the regional budget is 4,380.0 million tenge and the share of the city budget is 729.0 million tenge.          Exactly:           1,844.0 million tenge was allocated for the construction of pedestrian paths in the city on 40 streets with a length of 56.4 kilometers and a length of 6.9 km for the construction of 7 streets in the village of Belkul, Tasboget pedestrian paths were allocated - 134.0 million tenge, construction work is currently underway intensively.          In addition, 725.0 million tenge was allocated from the regional and city budgets for the improvement of Kozha Akhmet Yassawi Street. The contractor, Best Stroy Group Engineering LLP, is carrying out construction work. (Project cost: 725 million tenge)          263.0 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget for the improvement of N. Nazarbayev Avenue. An agreement has been signed with the contractor "Daren Stroy" LLP, construction work is underway.           2.1 billion tenge has been allocated for the improvement of the central square of the city. The contractor, Tehosnastka Remservice LLP, is carrying out work.          Including with the sponsorship of philanthropist Askar Aubakirov, 1 billion tenge and 1.1 billion tenge is being considered from the regional budget.           The central square, implemented in a modern design, will be put into operation in the near future. 377.4 million tenge has been allocated from the budget for the overhaul of the courtyards of 23 multi-storey residential buildings of the city, contractors are carrying out appropriate work. From the budget, 1,062.1 million tenge is provided for the reconstruction of playgrounds in the courtyards of 25 multi-storey residential buildings in the city, the contractors of Avangard PGS LLP and Azamat Kurylys are carrying out construction work.

In order to create comfortable conditions for residents of the city, 52.5 million tenge was allocated from the city budget for the installation of 10 stops, the contractor is Alzhir Group LLP, which prepares iron structures for stops.

Reconstruction and overhaul of multi-storey residential buildings. To complete the overhaul of the facades of 12 multi-storey residential buildings located in the city center, the construction of which was started last year, KZT 120.8 million was allocated from the regional budget (Asar LLP, Darenstroy LLP).

In addition, 805.1 million tenge was allocated for the overhaul of the facades of 20 additional multi-storey residential buildings. Contractors of Asar LLP and Best Stroy Group LLP are starting construction work.

According to complaints from residents, 1.9 billion tenge has been allocated from the republican budget for the reconstruction of 21 multi-storey residential buildings for certain types of capital repairs of the property of the condominium object, which is in common ownership, in multi-apartment residential buildings located in the city of Kyzylorda.

Currently, contractors have been identified, the concluded contract has been sent to the republican state institution "Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for consent. After receiving the agreement, the contractors will begin construction work.

Within the framework of the program "Project with the participation of the population", 332.0 million tenge was allocated from the city budget. 11 projects are being implemented to improve the courtyards of the city, build playgrounds, irrigation trays.
