About the work done in 2024, the second quarter of the municipal state institution "City Department of Architecture and Urban Planning"

The Department carries out its activities in the field of architecture and urban planning in the territory of the city of Kyzylorda in accordance with the Regulations approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Kyzylorda dated October 10, 2023 No. 3554 and within the framework of the master plan of the city of Kyzylorda approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2009 No. 1087. In the municipal state institution "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Kyzylorda" (hereinafter referred to as the department), 2501 of them were registered in the second quarter of 2024: through individuals – 611 appeals and applications, through legal entities –64, incoming letters-1826, outgoing letters-611. Services provided by the department for the second quarter of 2024: Based on the standard adopted in accordance with the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 257, provides the following public services: 1."issuance of a certificate for determining the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" -7396; 2. presentation of raw materials in the development of construction and reconstruction projects (redevelopment, re-equipment) -608; 3. approval of the sketch (draft design)-564; 4."Obtaining rights to a land plot within the city of republican significance, the capital, cities of regional and district significance" -99; 5. " provision of a land plot from the lands of a settlement, village " -20. 6. issuance of a permit for carrying out a complex of works on the subsequent disposal of facilities (demolition of structures)-204.
