About the results of the nomination of candidates for akims of the Akzharma rural district

On December 02, 2022, at 18.00, the nomination stage ended. In total, 5 candidates were nominated for akims of the Akzharma rural district in the city of Kyzylorda, of which all candidates (100%) were nominated by self-nomination.

As of December 02 of this year, 2 candidates were denied registration: 1 – on their own application; 1 – due to non-compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of public service.

The average competition was 3 people per place.

Currently, measures are being taken to establish compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the nominated candidates and their registration, which will end on December 07, 2022 at 18.00 hours.

In case of the withdrawal of candidates and the absence of an alternative (less than two candidates in the constituency), according to the legislation, the nomination stage will be extended for no more than five days.

According to paragraph 9 of Article 113-5 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", official information on the results of registration of candidates has been published in the media.
