1) participates in the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of state support for industrial and innovative activities in the relevant territory;
2) develops a draft resolution of the regional akimat on the approval of the regional entrepreneurship support card with the participation of regional chambers of entrepreneurs;
3) has the right to provide methodological, consulting, practical and other assistance to the elements of the industrial and innovative infrastructure, to the subjects of the industrial and innovative system, providing state support for industrial and innovative activities;
4) submits proposals to the central authorized body for state planning to determine priority sectors of the economy;
5) collects, analyzes and provides information on the local content in the procurement of organizations to the authorized body in the field of state support for industrial and innovative activities in accordance with the list approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the form and within the time frame established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6) provides the authorized body in the field of state support for industrial and innovative activities with information on the implementation of measures of state support for industrial and innovative activities;
7) has the right to create and (or) participate in the authorized capital of legal entities whose main activity is aimed at the development of innovations;
8) granting the right to subsurface use for carrying out operations for the extraction of widespread minerals and artisanal mining;
9) control over the observance by subsoil users of the terms of licenses for the extraction of widespread minerals, for artisanal mining and state control over the conduct of operations for the extraction of widespread minerals, artisanal mining;
10) control over the observance by subsoil users of the conditions of artisanal mining provided for by the artisanal mining license and the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2017 "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use";
