On September 30, 2022, he submitted documents to the Kazalinsky District Election Commission, in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", in the order of nomination of the Amanat party:

On the election of the mayor of arandy rural district – Tomaev Abilgazy Aimaganbetovich;

On the election of the mayor of kumzhiek rural district - Abilov Adilkhan Bazarbayevich;

In addition, in accordance with article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", documents on admission as a candidate in the order of self-nomination were submitted:

The kazalinsky District Election Commission determines the candidate's compliance with the requirements established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the law on public service on the basis of requests to the relevant authorities.

According to the calendar plan for the election of the mayor of arandy and Kumzhiek rural districts, appointed on October 16, 2022, the nomination of candidates is carried out from September 17 to September 30 this year (until 18-00 hours).
