About the results of the nomination of candidates for akims of the Bozkol rural district

On July 29, 2022, at 18.00, the nomination stage ended. In total, 4 candidates were nominated for the akim of the Bozkol rural district in Kazalinsky district, of which 1 (25%) was from a political party, 3 (75%) - by self–nomination.

The AMANAT Party has nominated 1 candidate.

It was revealed that T. A. Bagdaulet, who nominated himself as a candidate for akim of the Bozkol rural district, does not meet the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public service.       

The average competition was 3 people per place.    

Currently, measures are being taken to establish compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the nominated candidates and their registration, which will end on August 03, 2022 at 18.00 hours.

In the event of the withdrawal of candidates and the absence of an alternative (less than two candidates in the constituency), according to the legislation, the nomination stage will be extended for no more than five days.

According to paragraph 9 of Article 113-5 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", official information on the results of registration of candidates will be published in the media.
