He graduated from the 2023-2024 academic year in 38 schools in the district with 16,831 students. 1,571 students graduated from the 1st grade, 1,517 from the 9th grade, and 899 from the 11th grade. In total, 4,970 out of 6,149 children aged 1-6 years in the district are enrolled in preschool education (80.8%) (1,179 children (19.2%) are on the waiting list). In pre-school educational institutions, out of 1,953 children aged 1 to 2 years, 882 (1 year-95, 2 years - 787) are covered by nurseries (39.4%), out of 5,689 children aged 2 to 6 years, 4,875 (82.2%) and 4,088 children aged 3 to 6 years (100%) are covered by preschool organizations. 

2. the qualitative composition of teachers, the passage of advanced training courses.

There are 581 teachers working in pre-school organizations. Of these, 455 teachers have higher education (78,4%), 126 (21,6%) secondary specialized education.

Implementation of the step-by-step plan for the year 3.2024.

Based on the step-by-step plan for 2023-2027, in 2024 it is planned to place a state educational order for 229 places on the opening of preschool organizations and additional places.

For reference: to open an additional 94 places for private kindergartens (in 2024, "Akniet-2" - 20 places, "Princess" - 34 places, "Akmaral" - 40 places) and open a new kindergarten for 135 places. (at the initiative of individual entrepreneurs, it is planned to open private kindergartens "Akniet-1" for 45 places, "Ai-Zere" for 90 places in the village of Ayteke bi). 

In connection with the construction of new residential buildings from among settlements without kindergartens in the villages of Akhtan Batyr, K. Pyrimov and between the village of Ayteke bi and the city of Kazaly, it is planned to open private kindergartens in order to reach preschool organizations of children in this area.

12 million 916 thousand tenge were saved from preschool educational institutions.

On the basis of the state order for kindergartens, the expenditure of funds allocated from the budget for their own purposes is taken under control.

5. about emergency kindergartens, organizations in need of major repairs, ongoing repair work.

In the Kazalinsky district, 14 kindergartens are located in a typical building,2 kindergartens (Aigul, Karlygash b/b) - in a convenient building, 3 kindergartens (nursery, Akkogershin, Zhaina b/b) - in a school building. Building 1 of the kindergarten (No. 17 "Aigul") is recognized as an emergency. The remaining 2 emergency kindergartens (No. 18 "Akkogershin", No. 27 "Bobek") were moved to the school building in 2022, and the kindergarten building was transferred to the balance of the village akimat.

In addition, 6 kindergarten buildings (Shugyla No. 4, Baldyrgan No. 7, Tilashar No. 8, Baldauren No. 15, Karlygash No. 23, Akbota No. 28) in need of major repairs have been prioritized.

At the expense of the saved funds, in 2023, design and estimate documentation was prepared for the overhaul of sanatorium kindergarten No. 7 "Baldyrgan", 748,000 thousand tenge is requested for state expertise.

Basis: Department Order No. 545/n dated November 07, 2023, guided by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 5, 2022 No.486.

7.projects implemented in the direction of the formation of supporting educational organizations.

In order to support the national project "Bilim Ult quality education", the introduction of innovative actions in the educational process and the development of professional growth, 7 projects are being implemented in the district. 

The project "IT kindergarten" (OP No.21 "Alpamys"), the project "Green kindergarten" (No. 11"Balapan", No. 3"Urumtal"B. B.), the project"Kindergarten Theater" (No. 7"Baldyrgan"B. B.), the project"Education in the direction of national values" (No. 1 "Akerke" B. B.), the project "Kindergarten, eager to learn " (No. 4" Shugyla "B. B), the project "Sacred geography of Kazakhstan" (No. 24"Zhakazyn"B. b), the project of the School of Entrepreneurship "Enbek-eldin Muraty"(No. 27 "Nursery garden"B. b) work is underway. 

For reference: the project "Green Kazakhstan-begins with a green kindergarten" is a comprehensive educational project aimed at forming the value attitude of pupils to nature, increasing the level of environmental orientation of education, raising awareness of pupils on environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, fostering a responsible attitude of the younger generation to nature, forming environmentally literate behavior. 

The Green Kindergarten project covers 7 areas. In particular, direction 1 - biodiversity, direction 2-water conservation, direction 3 – energy conservation, direction 4-waste expertise, direction 5 – environmental information work, direction 6 - promotion of a healthy lifestyle, direction 7-healthy nutrition.

"IT kindergarten is a requirement of time" - the widespread use of information technology in preschool education. Improving the quality of preschool education using digital educational resources, determining the needs for making changes to the preschool organization, implementing an IT project to introduce modern innovative technologies, spreading the experience of using information technologies based on the "basic organization of education" to other educational organizations in the region, taking into account the transition to updated educational content, developing curricula based on digital technologies;

8. work on providing the material and technical base

In connection with the strengthening of the material and technical base in 2o24, 13 million 550 thousand tenge was allocated for the installation of video surveillance in preschool educational institutions No. 11 Balapan, No. 21 Alpamys. 

9. work to ensure the safety of pupils.

800 students from 34 secondary schools graduated from 11th grade. Of these, 57 students became holders of the "Altyn Belgi" badge, 76 students received the "certificate with honors".
Of the 800 students who graduated from 11th grade, 749 (94%) passed the LGBT. The average score on the results was 82.
Of the 751 students who passed the BST, 648 took part in the state grant competition, as a result of which 517 students (80.5%) became holders of state grants.

The III (regional) stage of the republican Olympiad was held from January 4 to 5, 2024 in the city of Kyzylorda on the basis of lyceum school No. 264. According to the results of the competition, 17 students out of 32 students became prize-winners, 4 students were awarded letters of thanks.

Preschool education and training
50 pre-school organizations in the district (19 public, 12 private, 19 mini-centers) educate 5065 children, 100% of children aged 3-6 years (3426 children) are covered.
There are 595 teachers working in preschool organizations. Of these, 403 (87 percent) have higher and secondary specialized education.
In 2022, a private kindergarten for 100 places (the village of Bekarystan bi) and the kindergarten "Orimtal" for 140 places from the city of Kazaly were put into operation.
The number of emergency kindergartens is 3 (village Bozkol Akkogershin", village Kaukey "Bobek", village Kozhabakyn "Aigul").
Kindergartens in the village of Kaukey, Bozkol were moved and placed in the school building.
The kindergarten "Aigul" in the village of Kozhabaki was recognized as an emergency in 2012. (In 2013, the PSD of the kindergarten building was developed. However, the expert opinion expired in 2016. Therefore, 16.1 million tenge has been allocated for the development and examination of the kindergarten construction project for 90 places (a budget application has been sent).

Secondary education
There are 41 institutions in general secondary education.

16,859 students started the first academic quarter of the 2023-2024 academic year in the district's schools. During the quarter, 78 students arrived at the district's schools, 90 students were expelled from schools, as a result of which the number of students in schools decreased by 12, completing the academic quarter of 16,847 students. Of these, 1,591 1st grade students, 1,511 9th grade students and 910 11th grade students.

Additional education
In the 2022-2023 academic year, 16,253 students were enrolled in additional education.(96,7%).

About 8 thousand students (49.6%) constantly participate in 12 sports in 400 clubs.

Inclusive education
The number of children with special educational needs is 819, of which 443 school-age children are brought up with inclusive education, 97 children studying at home, 156 children in preschool organizations.
12 kindergartens are provided with speech therapists (63%), 13 kindergartens are provided with inclusive education (68.4%).
In 19 schools of the district (51.3%), equipment for the "Inclusive Support" office was purchased.
27 schools are covered by speech pathologists (72.9%). This academic year, it is planned to receive specialists in 4 schools.
The Edu Quest device was provided to 12 students studying at home, and the Delphi device was provided to 18.
In 7 schools of the Kazalinsky district Education department(№17, №25, №70, №90, №94, №95,№225) 7 clubs work for free. Currently, 116 students are participating. Optional dombra course at the 15th school (№90, №93, №94, №97, №98, №100, №102, №103, №104, №134, №165, №216, №225, №259, №266) - M.: Ill. 624 students will take part in it.
1. 311 students of 27 dombra classes study at the Korkyt Ata Regional School of Arts.
2. 45 students participate in the "Terme" circle at the district School House, and 12 students participate in the "traditional song" circle.
Violence among adolescents with children on the ongoing work on prevention
Work has been carried out in the district to inform parents in 36 educational institutions.
On the basis of Order No. 377 dated August 25, 2022 "on the rules of functioning of the psychological service in secondary education organizations", the composition of the psychological service was approved in 36 educational organizations, methodological meetings were held.
