Currently, the Department of Culture and Language Development has a Cultural Center, 26 libraries, 6 Cultural Centers, 17 clubs, and a total of 50 educational institutions.
Cultural events:The plan of socio-political events for 2024 has been approved. Currently, the Department of Culture and Language Development has a Cultural Center, 26 libraries, 6 Cultural Centers, 17 clubs, 1 sports club, a total of 51 educational institutions.

In order to strengthen the material and technical base for the R.Baglanova cultural center, 2 sets of laptops and computers were purchased in the amount of 1605.0 thousand tenge, sound amplification equipment for the Kazalinsky city House of Culture in the amount of 9400.0 thousand tenge, stage clothes for the Tasaryk village club in the amount of 722.4 thousand tenge and fire extinguishing devices in the amount of 58.3 thousand tenge.

Construction: For the construction of a rural club for 100 places in the village of Kaukey, 10.0 million tenge was allocated from the budget for 2022 for the beginning of construction works, KZT 325,752.6 thousand tenge was allocated for the completion of construction works for 2023. Construction work is currently underway.

В связи с историко-культурными памятниками на сегодняшний день в Казалинском районе находятся 6 памятников республиканского значения, 55 местных категорий и 41 памятников истории и культуры, взятых под охрану государства, всего 102  историко-культурных памятников.

На сегодняшний день из 102 памятников установлена охранная зона 21, на 93 установлены защитные плиты, составлены паспорта и приняты на баланс.

В 2022 году в перечень предварительного учета объектов историко-культурного наследия включены памятники «мавзолей Моншак» в Сарбулакском сельском округе, «Бегим ана» и «Асандар көтерілісі» в поселке Айтеке би. В поселке Айтеке би вновь установленный памятник Жалантос Бахадур находится на балансе и ведется работа по государственному списку.

Кроме того, 18 апреля, в честь дня памятников, в городище Жанкент совместно со школьниками были организованы экскурсии по памятникам, расположенным в районе, с историками и различными культурно-досуговыми мероприятиями.

2 июня 2022 года городе Казалинске «Дом молодежи» был открыт и введен в эксплуатацию.

В 2022 году из районного бюджета выделено 1 млн. тенге в целях повышения уровня местного значения планируется проведение историко-культурной экспертизы 6 историко-культурных памятников на 200 тыс. тенге и установка защитных досок на 2 историко-культурных памятниках.

По реализации государственной языковой политики Утверждено постановление акимата Казалинского района от 1 апреля 2020 года №61 «Об утверждении плана мероприятий Казалинского района по реализации государственной программы реализации языковой политики в Республике Казахстан на 2020-2025 годы». В текущем году для реализации языковой политики из районного бюджета выделено 788,0 тыс. тенге, на которые планируется провести 9 культурно-массовых мероприятий.

Визуальная информация: В соответствии с годовым планом группы «Таза тіл», созданной при Казалинском районном филиале партии «AMANAT», проведена разъяснительная работа по внесенным 29 декабря 2021 года изменениям в статью  21 Закона Республики Казахстан от 11 июля 1997 года N151 «О языках в Республике Казахстан».

На улицах Айтеке би, Жанкожа батыра, В. Счастнова, К. Пирова и в базарных, привокзальных киосках, где сосредоточена большая визуальная информация, в ходе разъяснения владельцам объектов предпринимательства порядка 60 объектов предпринимательства, им были розданы листовки с требованиями статьи 21 Закона РК «О языках в Республике Казахстан», оказана методическая помощь. Собственники вышеуказанного предпринимательского здания были предупреждены о необходимости замены рекламы, противоречащей закону.

Также в Центре обслуживания населения, филиалах банков и нотариусах района проведена разъяснительная работа по законам Республики Казахстан» «О языках в Республике Казахстан», «О защите прав потребителей». Указанные субъекты, в свою очередь, строго руководствовались государственным языком и выражали свою солидарность в работе.

Вопрос ономастики: Утверждена дорожная карта по переименованию населенных пунктов и их составных частей, имеющих идеологически устаревшие, бессмысленные наименования по казалинскому району на 2022-2025 годы.

За I полугодие проведено 1 заседание рабочей группы районной ономастики, на котором рассмотрены вопросы присвоения наименований 1 населенному пункту, 3 улицам.

Областной ономастической комиссии даны рекомендации по переименованию и присвоению наименований 2 объектам, 20 улицам, 1 парку Казалинского района.

In 2021, in the amount of 1.0 million tenge allocated from the district budget, a contract was signed with a contractor to carry out work on the establishment of security zones, development regulation zones and environmental management zones of 4 historical and cultural objects.

О работе, выполненной отделом культуры и развития языков  Казалинского района за 2020 года

 В настоящее время в подчинении Отдела культуры и развития языков находится Центр культуры, 26 библиотек, 6 Домов культуры, 17 клубов, в общей сложности 50 учереждении.

На укрепление материально - технической базы учреждений культуры в 2020 году из районного бюджета выделено 6163,2 тыс. тенге. В том числе сельский клубы Майдакол и Лахалы приобретены ноутбуки, видеопроект сценической одежды, ковры, компьютерные комплекты в районный центр культуры, поселковый клуб и сельский Дом культуры Бекарыстан би, 70 штук театральных стульев в сельский клуб Аранды, 3 штуки домбры в сельский клуб К. Примова, офисная мебель, цветной принтер в село Бозколь.

Строительство: В текущем году по реализации инфраструктурного проекта «Дорожная карта занятости – 2020-21» в дома культуры города Казалинск, села Жанкожа батыр и сельские клубы Басыкара, Аранды, К.Примова выделено 60,8 млн. тенге выделены средства на текущий ремонт зданий.

Кроме того, в селе Аксуат завершены работы по строительству нового типового клуба на 150 мест.

На проведение культурных мероприятий из местного бюджета выделено и освоено 11291,0 тыс. тенге. Согласно плану проведено 1374 культурных мероприятий.

В районном центре культуры, 10 февраля среди молодежи был проведен круглый стол «Латын әліпбиіне көшу-заман талабы», 14 февраля в рамках статьи Главы государства Н.А.Назарбаева "Ұлы даланың жеті қыры" конкурс «Жигит султаны», 21 февраля в рамках очередной эстафеты «Шын хакім, сөзің асыл бағала жетпес», посвященный 175-летию великого казахского поэта Абая Кунанбаева,   26 февраля в народном русском- 27 февраля в районном Доме культуры Жанкожа батыр прошел конкурс сценаристов «Алтын қалам», посвященный 185-летию со дня рождения великого казахского ученого Ш. Уалиханова, 3 марта в честь 175-летия со дня рождения Абая Кунанбаева, районный конкурс «Бурымды ару-2020», в рамках 25-летия Ассамблеи народа Казахстана в сельском Доме культуры Жанкожа батыр прошло праздничное мероприятие «Рахмет саған, туган ел», посвященное, В сельском клубе Жалантос батыр в честь 70-летия «Почетного гражданина» Казалинского района Ажаркуль Алдажаровой, внесшего большой вклад в развитие сельского хозяйства, при поддержке акимата Казалинского района, акиматом Карашенгелского сельского округа был организован и проведен круглый стол на тему «Еңбек. Честь». 19 февраля в поселковом клубе Айтеке би прошел районный конкурс «Абай – дара, Абай - дана қазақта», посвященный 175-летию великого казахского поэта Абая Кунанбаева, 17 февраля в Оркендеуском сельском клубе был проведен историко-познавательный вечер «Жанкентпен тұстас данышпан», посвященный к 185-летию со дня рождения Ш.Уалиханова на тему «Шоқан тағылымы».  12 февраля в Доме культуры города Казалинска прошел районный конкурс вокальных групп «Казалы дауысы», посвященный 175 – летию со дня рождения Абая Кунанбаева,в сельском клубе Абая состоялось торжественное открытие районного эстетического мероприятия «Абай - дара, Абай-дана қазақта», посвященного 175-летию со дня рождения великого казахского поэта Абая Кунанбаева.

По кружкам работают 124 кружка при сельских Домах культуры и клубах, в них задействовано 1505 участников. Среди них: 8-народных коллективов, терме, танца, песни, домбыра, кобыз, драмы, акынов, ансамбля бабушек, вокальных инструментов, развлекательная программа «Казалы калжыны», передвижные культурно-досуговые комплексы №1 и №2, ансамбль бабушек, агиткараван «Казалым-наз әнім», детский театр кукольные, танцевальные коллективы «Акжелен», этно-рок группа «Сейхун» и другие.

Кроме того, народный театр им.Ж. Турсынова при районном Центре культуры, фольклорный ансамбль "Коркыт сазы», народный оркестр им. «Мырза», ансамбль русских народных инструментов «семья Ауэзова», ансамбль русских народных инструментов «Мелодия», народный театр при аульном Доме культуры Жанкожа батыр, народный ансамбль ветеранов "Атамура" при Айтекебийском поселковом клубе и Народный театр при Казалинском городском Доме культуры.

22-29 января текущего года в районном Центре культуры был организован народный театр им.Ж. Турсынова из пьесы «Жан шырылы» известного писателя-драматурга, депутата Сената Парламента Жабала Ергалиева «Есігімді қаққан кім?"."спектакль был представлен жителям сел Басыкара, Примова, Жалантос, Актан батыр, Жанкожа батыр. 26 февраля состоялся отчетный концерт народного ансамбля русских народных инструментов «Мелодия» и семейного ансамбля «Ауезовтер».  В рамках Послания Президента РК Н.А. Назарбаева народу Казахстана конструктивный общественный диалог-основа стабильности и процветания Казахстана и 175-летия Абая Кунанбаева передвижные культурно-досуговые комплексы №1,2 при районном Центре культуры с 5 по 7 февраля посетили села Алтай, Ойынды, Кубек, Тасоткель.

В Онлайн формате 9 мая – праздничное мероприятие «Бейбіт күн жасасын әлемде», посвященный 75-летию Великой Победы, районный онлайн-фестиваль поэтов «Біз батырлар ұрпақымыз», в рубрике "Әсем әуен", видеосюжет о местных композиторах, композиторах, " Өнерім Өнерім – 8 апреля в рамках программной статьи Главы государства «Болашаққа бағдар: Рухани жаңғыру; Ұлы даланың жеті қыры», в честь 750 - летия Золотой Орды,отделом культуры и развития языков Казалинского района был организован районный онлайн-научный семинар «Алтын Орда-Қазақ мемлекеттігінің негізі» с участием акиматов сельских округов и Домов культуры Аранды, Бирлик, Майдакол. - проведена практическая конференция.

По централизованной библиотечной системе 26 библиотек оказывают духовные услуги населению.

В этом году из областного трансферта выделено 890,0 тыс. тенге, закуплено 717 экз. книг.

За 2020 года в библиотечной отрасли проведено 955 мероприятий, организовано 540 выставок, 718 мероприятий в онлайн формате. Книжный фонд-568029, количество поступивших книг-7241, читателей-25390, посетителей-239580, выдача книг-471440.

В 2020 году городская и городская детская библиотека были перенесены в старое здание школы №16, поселковая библиотека №5-в старое здание КНБ, Аксуатская сельская библиотека в сельский клуб. Кроме того, в здании городских и поселковых библиотек открыты центры «КОВОРКИНГ».

В связи с историко-культурными памятниками на сегодняшний день в Казалинском районе находятся 6 памятников республиканского значения,                          55 местных категорий и 40 памятников истории и культуры, взятых под охрану государства, всего 99 историко-культурных памятников.

В 2020 году определены охранные зоны мавзолеев «Базар кожа», «Толыбай батыр», «Отеген» и «Айдарлы» на выделенные из районного бюджета 1,0 млн. тенге.

В Городище "Жанкент" республиканского значения из республиканского бюджета выделено 14,0 млн тенге на археологию, музейизацию и консервацию.

Из районного бюджета выделено 7,0 млн. тенге на «здание школы, где учился Г.Муратбаев», расположенный в городе Казалинске. проведен текущий ремонт на сумму 1 млн. тенге.

Кроме того, на башне местного значения «Орак батыр» из областного бюджета выделено 1,8 млн тенге, в дальнейшем будет проведен текущий ремонт.

В соответствии с постановлением акимата Актюбинской области от 4 мая 2020 года №28 памятник «Айтеке би, 2018 г» включен в список памятников местного значения.

В рамках программы Рухани жаңғыру в целях пропаганды памятников в районе из районного бюджета были выделены средства, выпущены книги «Казалы қазынасы, тарихы тудырған тұлғалар» и календари с фотографиями историко-культурных памятников.

В сентябре текущего года была организована экпедиция с целью изучения и пропаганды богатой истории, ознакомиться с памятником «поселение Тапа и могильник тапа», взятым под охрану государства.

По реализации государственной языковой политики в рамках «Государственной программы развития и функционирования языков в Республике Казахстан на 2011-2020 годы» проведена соответствующая работа по реализации государственной языковой политики. В целях повышения качества и объема ведения делопроизводства на государственном языке в государственных органах ежеквартально в аппаратах акима района, самостоятельных отделах и сельских округах проводятся аналитические работы.

За 2020 год в аппарате акима района, городах, поселках, сельских округах и самостоятельных отделах опубликовано 48831 письмо на государственном языке, 87795 писем на государственном языке, 1568 писем на русском языке.

По контролю за использованием наглядной информации 17 января 2020 года при Казалинском районном филиале партии «Нұр Отан» создана молодежная группа «Таза тіл». Во исполнение требований статьи 21 Закона Республики Казахстан» О языках в Республике Казахстан «отделом культуры и развития языков совместно с районным отделом предпринимательства, промышленности и туризма, районным отделом внутренней политики, молодежным крылом» Жас Отан«, районным обществом» Қазақ тілі", акиматом поселка Айтеке би были разъяснены требования закона. 

В течение 2020 года добровольческая молодежная группа «Таза тіл» посетила около 90 объектов предпринимательства на центральных улицах поселка Айтеке би, где сосредоточена наглядная информация, розданы листовки с требованиями статьи 21 Закона Республики Казахстан «О языках в Республике Казахстан». В результате выявлено 15 нарушений требований закона, из них 7 получили предупредительные письма.

Также в целях пропаганды государственной языковой политики в районном центре в поселке Айтеке би и сельских округах были установлены социальные билборды.

По ономастическим работам, в связи с проведением национальной переписи населения Республики Казахстан в 2020 году в период с 1 января по 31 декабря т. г. временно приостановлена работа региональных ономастических комиссий в соответствии с поручением Администрации Президента Республики Казахстан № 19-377-4 от 21 сентября 2019 года о прекращении работы по наименованию административно-территориальных единиц, составных частей, изменению их наименования. Проведены работы по установке аншлагов на перекрестках, написанию наименований улиц на вывесках зданий.

5 сентября в честь празднования Дня Рождения А. Байтурсынова и Дня языков народа Казахстана прошел фестиваль «Мәңгілік ел –мәңгілік тіл», посвященный 175-летию Абая «Абай оқулары», Оралхан Бокей, «Фариза! Фаризажан, Фаризакыз», районный конкурс мастеров художественного чтения им.А. Байтурсынова, районный конкурс акынов «Өлең сөздің-тілі», конкурс сочинений «Менің туған өлкемін атауы», семейный конкурс среди представителей этносов «Мемлекеттік тілді білу – парызымыз», районный конкурс знатоков русского языка «ой-сана», среди молодежи, владеющей тремя языками.

В целях популяризации и расширения сферы применения государственного языка за счет социального заказа на 2020 год отделу внутренней политики Казалинского района выделено из районного бюджета 50,0 тыс. тенге, проведен районный конкурс «Ана тілім - ұлы тіл».

24 сентября для специалистов поселков, городов, сельских округов был организован семинар «ономастика и наглядные средства информации в районе». На семинаре были рассмотрены актуальные вопросы нашего района, даны ответы на проблемные вопросы.

 В настоящее время в подчинении Отдела культуры и развития языков находится Центр культуры, 26 библиотек, 6 Домов культуры, 17 клубов, в общей сложности 50 учереждении.

На укрепление материально - технической базы учреждений культуры в 2020 году из районного бюджета выделено 3180,0 тыс. тенге, получено в сельских клубов Лахалы, Майдаколь ноутбук, сценические костюмы видеопроектр, ковры и сельского Дома культуры Бекарыстан би и районный центр культуры компьютерный комплект.

Строительство: В этом году по реализации инфраструктурного проекта «Дорожная карта занятости – 2020-21» в Казалинском городском Доме культуры Жанкожа батыр и сельских клубах Басыкара, Аранды и Примова было выделено 60,8 млн. тенге выделено средств на текущий ремонт здания.

Кроме того, ведется строительство дома культуры на 600 мест в поселке Айтеке би и строительство типового клуба на 150 мест в селе Аксуат.

На проведение культурных мероприятий из местного бюджета выделено 9820,0 тыс. тенге, освоено за 9 месяца 3580,0 тыс. тенге. Согласно плана проведено 973 культурных мероприятия, в которых приняло участие 132799 зрителей.

В сфере культуры с начала года были организованы и проведены мероприятия в различных форматах, посвященные статье Первого Президента Республики Казахстан, Лидера Нации Н.Назарбаева «Болашаққа бағдар: Рухани жаңғыру», «Ұлы даланың жеті қыры», 175-летию со дня рождения великого поэта Абая Кунанбаева, 750-летию Государства Алтын Орда, 1150-летию со дня рождения Абу Насыр аль-Фараби, 185-летию со дня рождения великого казахского ученого Ш. Уалиханова

В районном центре культуры, 10 февраля среди молодежи был проведен круглый стол «Латын әліпбиіне көшу-заман талабы», 14 февраля в рамках статьи Главы государства Н.А.Назарбаева "Ұлы даланың жеті қыры" конкурс «Жигит султаны», 21 февраля в рамках очередной эстафеты «Шын хакім, сөзің асыл бағала жетпес», посвященный 175-летию великого казахского поэта Абая Кунанбаева,               26 февраля в народном русском- 27 февраля в районном Доме культуры Жанкожа батыр прошел конкурс сценаристов «Алтын қалам», посвященный 185-летию со дня рождения великого казахского ученого Ш. Уалиханова, 3 марта в честь 175-летия со дня рождения Абая Кунанбаева, районный конкурс «Бурымды ару-2020», в рамках 25-летия Ассамблеи народа Казахстана в сельском Доме культуры Жанкожа батыр прошло праздничное мероприятие «Рахмет саған, туган ел», посвященное, В сельском клубе Жалантос батыр в честь 70-летия «Почетного гражданина» Казалинского района Ажаркуль Алдажаровой, внесшего большой вклад в развитие сельского хозяйства, при поддержке акимата Казалинского района, акиматом Карашенгелского сельского округа был организован и проведен круглый стол на тему «Еңбек. Честь». 19 февраля в поселковом клубе Айтеке би прошел районный конкурс «Абай – дара, Абай - дана қазақта», посвященный 175-летию великого казахского поэта Абая Кунанбаева, 17 февраля в Оркендеуском сельском клубе был проведен историко-познавательный вечер «Жанкентпен тұстас данышпан», посвященный к 185-летию со дня рождения Ш.Уалиханова на тему «Шоқан тағылымы».  12 февраля в Доме культуры города Казалинска прошел районный конкурс вокальных групп «Казалы дауысы», посвященный 175 – летию со дня рождения Абая Кунанбаева,в сельском клубе Абая состоялось торжественное открытие районного эстетического мероприятия «Абай - дара, Абай-дана қазақта», посвященного 175-летию со дня рождения великого казахского поэта Абая Кунанбаева.

По кружкам работают 124 кружка при сельских Домах культуры и клубах, в них задействовано 1505 участников. Среди них: 8-народных коллективов, терме, танца, песни, домбыра, кобыз, драмы, акынов, ансамбля бабушек, вокальных инструментов, развлекательная программа «Казалы калжыны», передвижные культурно-досуговые комплексы №1 и №2, ансамбль бабушек, агиткараван «Казалым-наз әнім», детский театр кукольные, танцевальные коллективы «Акжелен», этно-рок группа «Сейхун» и другие.

Кроме того, народный театр им.Ж. Турсынова при районном Центре культуры, фольклорный ансамбль "Коркыт сазы», народный оркестр им. «Мырза», ансамбль русских народных инструментов «семья Ауэзова», ансамбль русских народных инструментов «Мелодия», народный театр при аульном Доме культуры Жанкожа батыр, народный ансамбль ветеранов "Атамура" при Айтекебийском поселковом клубе и Народный театр при Казалинском городском Доме культуры.

22-29 января текущего года в районном Центре культуры был организован народный театр им.Ж. Турсынова из пьесы «Жан шырылы» известного писателя-драматурга, депутата Сената Парламента Жабала Ергалиева «Есігімді қаққан кім?"."спектакль был представлен жителям сел Басыкара, Примова, Жалантос, Актан батыр, Жанкожа батыр. 26 февраля состоялся отчетный концерт народного ансамбля русских народных инструментов «Мелодия» и семейного ансамбля «Ауезовтер».  В рамках Послания Президента РК Н.А. Назарбаева народу Казахстана конструктивный общественный диалог-основа стабильности и процветания Казахстана и 175-летия Абая Кунанбаева передвижные культурно-досуговые комплексы №1,2 при районном Центре культуры с 5 по 7 февраля посетили села Алтай, Ойынды, Кубек, Тасоткель.

В Онлайн формате 9 мая – праздничное мероприятие «Бейбіт күн жасасын әлемде», посвященный 75-летию Великой Победы, районный онлайн-фестиваль поэтов «Біз батырлар ұрпақымыз», в рубрике "Әсем әуен", видеосюжет о местных композиторах, композиторах, " Өнерім Өнерім – 8 апреля в рамках программной статьи Главы государства «Болашаққа бағдар: Рухани жаңғыру; Ұлы даланың жеті қыры», в честь 750 - летия Золотой Орды,отделом культуры и развития языков Казалинского района был организован районный онлайн-научный семинар «Алтын Орда-Қазақ мемлекеттігінің негізі» с участием акиматов сельских округов и Домов культуры Аранды, Бирлик, Майдакол. - проведена практическая конференция.

В рамках программы Президента Н.А.Назарбаева «Болашаққа бағдар:рухани жаңғыру» и 25 –летия Ассамблеи народа Казахстана областной онлайн-конкурс казахских исполнителей «Ауылдық айтқыштары», областной онлайн-конкурс акынов-термех «Елім деп жыр төгілткен-Жамет жырау», посвященный 125-летию Сырыма Сулеймана, жырау Жамета Сайымулы, областной онлайн-конкурс акынов-термех «Әжелер сөзі", посвященный 175-летию философа, просветителя, поэта Абая Кунанбаева. – в рамках празднования 175-летия Абая Кунанбаева был проведен областной конкурс бабушек» Абай Токжан«, посвященный 175-летию со дня рождения Абая Кунанбаева.

По централизованной библиотечной системе 26 библиотек оказывают духовные услуги населению.

В этом году из областного трансферта выделено 890,0 тыс. тенге, закуплено 717 экз. книг.

За ІІІ квартал 2020 года в библиотечном секторе проведено 720 мероприятий, организовано 405 выставок, в онлайн формате 470 мероприятий. Книжный фонд-572416, количество поступивших книг-3346, количество читателей-22196, количество посетителей-198648, выдача книг-391020.

В преддверии 25-летия Конституции Республики Казахстан по инициативе акима района в здании начальной школы (ныне старое здание школы №16), где учился Гани Муратбаев в 1914-1917 годах, была переведена Казалинская городская детская библиотека и городская библиотека.

В связи с историко-культурными памятниками на сегодняшний день в Казалинском районе находятся 6 памятников республиканского значения,                          55 местных категорий и 40 памятников истории и культуры, взятых под охрану государства, всего 99 историко-культурных памятников.

В 2020 году определены охранные зоны мавзолеев «Базар кожа», «Толыбай батыр», «Отеген» и «Айдарлы» на выделенные из районного бюджета 1,0 млн. тенге.

В Городище "Жанкент" республиканского значения из республиканского бюджета выделено 14,0 млн тенге на археологию, музейизацию и консервацию.

Из районного бюджета выделено 7,0 млн. тенге на «здание школы, где учился Г.Муратбаев», расположенный в городе Казалинске. проведен текущий ремонт на сумму 1 млн. тенге.

Кроме того, на башне местного значения «Орак батыр» из областного бюджета выделено 1,8 млн тенге, в дальнейшем будет проведен текущий ремонт.

В соответствии с постановлением акимата Актюбинской области от 4 мая 2020 года №28 памятник «Айтеке би, 2018 г» включен в список памятников местного значения.

В рамках программы Рухани жаңғыру в целях пропаганды памятников в районе из районного бюджета были выделены средства, выпущены книги «Казалы қазынасы, тарихы тудырған тұлғалар» и календари с фотографиями историко-культурных памятников.

В сентябре текущего года была организована экпедиция с целью изучения и пропаганды богатой истории, ознакомиться с памятником «поселение Тапа и могильник тапа», взятым под охрану государства.

По реализации государственной языковой политики в рамках «Государственной программы развития и функционирования языков в Республике Казахстан на 2011-2020 годы» проведена соответствующая работа по реализации государственной языковой политики. В целях повышения качества и объема ведения делопроизводства на государственном языке в государственных органах ежеквартально в аппаратах акима района, самостоятельных отделах и сельских округах проводятся аналитические работы.

За 9 месяца 2020 года в аппарат акима района, города, поселка, сельских округов и самостоятельных отделах поступило 12970 писем на государственном языке, 21768 писем на государственном языке, 451 писем на русском языке.

По контролю за использованием наглядной информации 17 января 2020 года при Казалинском районном филиале партии «Нұр Отан» создана молодежная группа «Таза тіл». Во исполнение требований статьи 21 Закона Республики Казахстан» О языках в Республике Казахстан «отделом культуры и развития языков совместно с районным отделом предпринимательства, промышленности и туризма, районным отделом внутренней политики, молодежным крылом» Жас Отан«, районным обществом» Қазақ тілі", акиматом поселка Айтеке би были разъяснены требования закона. 

За 9 месяца 2020 года молодежная группа «Таза тіл» посетила около 60 объектов предпринимательства на центральных улицах поселка Айтеке би, где сосредоточена наглядная информация, розданы листовки с требованиями статьи 21 Закона Республики Казахстан «О языках в Республике Казахстан».

Также в целях пропаганды государственной языковой политики в районном центре в поселке Айтеке би и сельских округах были установлены социальные билборды.

По ономастическим работам, в связи с проведением национальной переписи населения Республики Казахстан в 2020 году в период с 1 января по 31 декабря т. г. временно приостановлена работа региональных ономастических комиссий в соответствии с поручением Администрации Президента Республики Казахстан № 19-377-4 от 21 сентября 2019 года о прекращении работы по наименованию административно-территориальных единиц, составных частей, изменению их наименования. Проведены работы по установке аншлагов на перекрестках, написанию наименований улиц на вывесках зданий.

5 сентября в честь празднования Дня Рождения А. Байтурсынова и Дня языков народа Казахстана прошел фестиваль «Мәңгілік ел –мәңгілік тіл», в честь 175-летия Абая прошел районный конкурс «Абай оқулары».

24 сентября для специалистов поселка, города и сельских округов был организован семинар на тему» О средствах массовой информации и ономастики в районе". На семинаре были рассмотрены актуальные вопросы в районе, даны ответы на проблемные вопросы.

В связи с историко-культурными памятниками на сегодняшний день в Казалинском районе находятся 6 памятников республиканского значения,                          53 местных категорий и 40 памятников истории и культуры, взятых под охрану государства, всего 99 историко-культурных памятников. Из них                                         93-градостроительные и архитектурные объекты, 6-археологические памятники.

Ежегодно из районного бюджета выделяются средства на изготовление учетных карточек, паспортов памятников, установление охранных зон, проведение научно-экспертных работ, установку охранных досок. В этом году заключен договор с Международным научно-исследовательским центром «Антик», ТОО на проведение работ по установлению и устройству охранных зон, зон регулирования застройки и зон природно-ландшафтного ландшафта на 4 памятника местного класса. Завершение работ запланировано до 30 августа 2020 года.

В целях широкой пропаганды памятников, расположенных по району, в местных и областных СМИ публикуются статьи о памятниках, показываются видеосъемки.

К 750-летию Алтын Орды, 8 апреля 2020 года в онлайн формате была проведена районная научно – практическая конференция «Алтын Орда-Қазақ мемлекеттігінң негізі», где были подробно обсуждены археологические и архитектурные памятники, относящиеся к эпохе Золотой Орды, была представлена социальная сеть «Фейсбук».

На проведение культурных мероприятий из местного бюджета выделено 9215,0 тыс. тенге, освоено за 3 месяца 1954,0 тыс. тенге. Согласно плана проведено 182 культурных мероприятия, в которых приняло участие 18091 зрителей.

По кружкам работают 124 кружка при сельских Домах культуры и клубах, в них задействовано 1505 участников. Среди них: 8-народных коллективов, терме, танца, песни, домбыра, кобыз, драмы, акынов, ансамбля бабушек, вокальных инструментов, развлекательная программа «Казалы калжыны», передвижные культурно-досуговые комплексы №1 и №2, ансамбль бабушек, агиткараван «Казалым-наз әнім», детский театр кукольные, танцевальные коллективы «Акжелен», этно-рок группа «Сейхун» и другие.

Кроме того, народный театр им.Ж. Турсынова при районном Центре культуры, фольклорный ансамбль "Коркыт сазы», народный оркестр им. «Мырза», ансамбль русских народных инструментов «семья Ауэзова», ансамбль русских народных инструментов «Мелодия», народный театр при аульном Доме культуры Жанкожа батыр, народный ансамбль ветеранов "Атамура" при Айтекебийском поселковом клубе и Народный театр при Казалинском городском Доме культуры.

22-29 января текущего года в районном Центре культуры был организован народный театр им.Ж. Турсынова из пьесы «Жан шырылы» известного писателя-драматурга, депутата Сената Парламента Жабала Ергалиева «Есігімді қаққан кім?"."спектакль был представлен жителям сел Басыкара, Примова, Жалантос, Актан батыр, Жанкожа батыр. 26 февраля состоялся отчетный концерт народного ансамбля русских народных инструментов «Мелодия» и семейного ансамбля «Ауезовтер».  В рамках Послания Президента РК Н.А. Назарбаева народу Казахстана конструктивный общественный диалог-основа стабильности и процветания Казахстана и 175-летия Абая Кунанбаева передвижные культурно-досуговые комплексы №1,2 при районном Центре культуры с 5 по 7 февраля посетили села Алтай, Ойынды, Кубек, Тасоткель.

По централизованной библиотечной системе 26 библиотек оказывают духовные услуги населению.

В этом году из областного трансферта выделено 890,0 тыс. тенге и в дальнейшем будут приобретены книги для читателей.

За І квартал 2020 года библиотечным фондом было проведено 250 мероприятий, организовано 138 выставок. Книжный фонд-572416, количество поступивших книг-817, количество читателей-7367, количество посетителей-57975, выдача книг-113395.

В связи с историко-культурными памятниками на сегодняшний день в Казалинском районе находятся 6 памятников республиканского значения,  53 местных категорий и 40 памятников истории и культуры, взятых под охрану государства, всего 99 историко-культурных памятников. Из них  93-градостроительные и архитектурные объекты, 6-археологические памятники.

Ежегодно из районного бюджета выделяются средства на изготовление учетных карточек, паспортов памятников, установление охранных зон, проведение научно-экспертных работ, установку охранных досок. В этом году заключен договор с Международным научно-исследовательским центром «Антик», ТОО на проведение работ по установлению и устройству охранных зон, зон регулирования застройки и зон природно-ландшафтного ландшафта на 4 памятника местного класса. Завершение работ запланировано до 30 августа 2020 года.

В целях широкой пропаганды памятников, расположенных по району, в местных и областных СМИ публикуются статьи о памятниках, показываются видеосъемки.

К 750-летию Алтын Орды, 8 апреля 2020 года в онлайн формате была проведена районная научно – практическая конференция «Алтын Орда-Қазақ мемлекеттігінң негізі», где были подробно обсуждены археологические и архитектурные памятники, относящиеся к эпохе Золотой Орды, была представлена социальная сеть «Фейсбук».

По реализации государственной языковой политики в рамках «Государственной программы развития и функционирования языков в Республике Казахстан на 2011-2020 годы» проведена соответствующая работа по реализации государственной языковой политики. В целях повышения качества и объема ведения делопроизводства на государственном языке в государственных органах ежеквартально в аппаратах акима района, самостоятельных отделах и сельских округах проводятся аналитические работы.

За 3 месяца 2020 года в Аппарат акима района, города, поселка, сельских округов и самостоятельных отделах поступило 11209 писем на государственном языке, 20639 писем на государственном языке, 199 писем на русском языке.

По контролю за использованием наглядной информации 17 января 2020 года при Казалинском районном филиале партии «Нұр Отан» создана молодежная группа «Таза тіл». Во исполнение требований статьи 21 Закона Республики Казахстан» О языках в Республике Казахстан «отделом культуры и развития языков совместно с районным отделом предпринимательства, промышленности и туризма, районным отделом внутренней политики, молодежным крылом» Жас Отан«, районным обществом» Қазақ тілі", акиматом поселка Айтеке би были разъяснены требования закона.

За 3 месяца 2020 года молодежная группа «Таза тіл» посетила около 30 объектов предпринимательства на центральных улицах поселка Айтеке би, где сосредоточена наглядная информация, розданы листовки с требованиями статьи 21 Закона Республики Казахстан «О языках в Республике Казахстан».

Также в целях пропаганды государственной языковой политики в районном центре в поселке Айтеке би и сельских округах были установлены социальные билборды.

По ономастическим работам, в связи с проведением национальной переписи населения Республики Казахстан в 2020 году в период с 1 января по 31 декабря т. г. временно приостановлена работа региональных ономастических комиссий в соответствии с поручением Администрации Президента Республики Казахстан № 19-377-4 от 21 сентября 2019 года о прекращении работы по наименованию административно-территориальных единиц, составных частей, изменению их наименования.

Проведены работы по установке аншлагов на перекрестках, написанию наименований улиц на вывесках зданий.
