Report (for the IVth quarter of 2022)
For the 4th quarter of 2022, a total of 1071 appeals were received from legal entities and individuals.
108 appeals were received from higher authorities, including:
- 76 from the office of the warden of the Kyzylorda region;
- 32 from the district prosecutor's office;
Basically, the applications received concerned: 211 - land issues, 73 - on housing allocation, 247 - on employment, 148 - on housing and communal services, 125 - on material and monetary assistance, on culture -26, on agriculture -34, 16 - on entrepreneurship, as well as 191 regarding other issues. 81 of them are appeals from legal entities.
The applications received by the district warden's office from residents, as the analysis showed, relate to the work of the departments of land relations, housing and communal services, motor transport and highways, the district employment department, social programs and civil registration, the employment center of the district.
All received appeals of citizens were taken under control, appropriate responses were given to them within the time limits established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Along with consideration of written appeals of citizens, according to the approved schedule, the heads of the district constantly conduct personal receptions of legal entities and individuals.
During this period, 176 citizens visited the warden's reception, 272 citizens visited the deputy warden and the chief of staff of the warden of the district. During the reception, issues of employment, housing provision, allocation of land plots, and social assistance were mainly raised. Explanations were given to citizens on issues of interest, in accordance with the current regulatory legal acts.
Basically, the applicants are the unemployed, pensioners, and the disabled.

For the 3nd quarter of 2022, a total of 816 appeals were received from legal entities and individuals.
67 appeals were received from higher authorities, including:
- 43 from the office of the leader of the Kyzylorda region;
- 24 from the district prosecutor's office;
Basically, the applications received concerned: 149 - land issues, 59 - on housing allocation, 181 - on employment, 121 - on housing and communal services, 92 - on material and monetary assistance, on culture -23, on agriculture -27, 13 - on entrepreneurship, as well as 151 regarding other issues. 59 of them are appeals from legal entities.
The applications received by the district akim's office from residents, as the analysis showed, relate to the work of the departments of land relations, housing and communal services, motor transport and highways, the district employment department, social programs and civil registration, the employment center of the district.

For the 2nd quarter of 2022, 4526 appeals were received from legal entities and individuals in total.
39 appeals were received from higher authorities, including:
- 23 from the office of Kyzylorda region’s akim;
- 16 from the district prosecutor's office;
Basically, the applications received concerned: 103 - land issues, 38 - on housing allocation, 122 - on employment, 77 - on housing and communal services, 54 - on material and monetary assistance, on culture -16, on agriculture -16, 9 - on entrepreneurship, as well as 91 regarding other issues. Of these, 32 are appeals from legal entities.

Basically, the applications received concerned: 54 - land issues, 13 - on housing allocation, 66 - on employment, 29 - on housing and communal services, 4 - on education, 19 - on social material, monetary assistance, 5 - on entrepreneurship, 3 - on culture, 5- agriculture, as well as 24 regarding other issues. Of these, 15 are appeals from legal entities.
