Information on the progress of consideration by the office of the akim of the Kazalinsky district of appeals from legal entities and individuals for the 4th quarter of 2020.

For the 4th quarter of 2020, 771 appeals were received from legal entities and individuals in general.

84 appeals were received from higher authorities, including:

- 55 from the office of the akim of the Kyzylorda region;

- 29 from the district prosecutor's office;

Basically, the applications received concerned: 168-land issues, 96 - on the allocation of housing, 161 - on employment ,122 - on housing and communal services, 74 - on material and monetary assistance, 17 - on entrepreneurship, as well as 133 regarding other issues. Of these, 40 are applications from legal entities.

The applications received by the district akim's office from residents, as the analysis showed, relate to the work of the departments of land relations, housing and communal services, motor transport and highways , the district employment department, social programs and registrations acts of civil status, the employment center of the district's population.

All received appeals of citizens were taken under control, appropriate responses were given to them within the time limits established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Along with the consideration of written appeals of citizens, according to the approved schedule, the heads of the district constantly conduct personal receptions of legal entities and individuals.

During this period, 156 citizens visited the akim's reception, 13 visited the deputy akim and the head of the district akim's office

5 citizens. During the reception, issues of employment, housing provision, the allocation of land plots, and the provision of social assistance were mainly raised. The citizens were given explanations on the issues of interest, according to the current regulatory legal acts.

Basically, the applicants are the unemployed, pensioners, disabled people, participants of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them.

A preliminary appointment for a personal reception of managers is organized by the documentation and control department of the district akim's office.

Information on the progress of consideration by the office of the akim of the Kazalinsky district of appeals of legal entities and individuals for the 3rd quarter of 2020.

For the 3rd quarter of 2020, a total of 565 appeals were received from legal entities and individuals.

52 appeals were received from higher authorities, including:

- 26 from the office of the akim of the Kyzylorda region;

- 24 from the district prosecutor's Office;

Basically, the received applications concerned: 124 - land issues, 73 - on the allocation of housing, 119 - on employment ,91 - on housing and communal services, 63 - on providing material and monetary assistance, 10 - on entrepreneurship, as well as 85 regarding other issues. Of these, 27 are applications from legal entities.

Information on the progress of consideration by the office of the akim of the Kazalinsky district of appeals from legal entities and individuals for the 2nd quarter of 2020.

For the 2nd quarter of 2020, a total of 383 appeals were received from legal entities and individuals.

37 appeals were received from higher authorities, including:

- 18 from the office of the akim of the Kyzylorda region;

- 19 from the district prosecutor's Office;

Basically, the applications received concerned: 84-land issues, 50 - on the allocation of housing ,81 - on employment ,57 - on housing and communal services, 44 - on material and monetary assistance, 7 - on entrepreneurship, as well as 60 regarding other issues. Of these, 21 are applications from legal entities.
