Entrepreneurs and start-ups of the district received loans and grants totaling 3 657.6 million tenge on 1 022 applications from financial institutions for the opening and development of trade and production.

For the implementation of the state program of business support and development "Business Road Map-2025" 140 projects worth 1195.5 million tenge received loans through second-tier banks and financial institutions and received interest rates through JSC "Damu" Entrepreneurship Development Fund. part approved for subsidy.

по развитию малого и среднего бизнеса по Казалинскому району

на 1 января 2021 года

На 1 января 2021 года по Казалинскому району зарегистрировано 5238 субъектов малого предпринимательства.

Количество активных зарегистрированных предпринимателей составил 5002, по сравнению с отчетным периодом прошлого года составил 116,3%.

С начала года зарегистрировано 1289 предпринимателей, рост с начала года составил 744 единиц.

II. За 12 месяцев 2020 года объем промышленного производства по Казалинскому району составил 15 506,0 млн. тенге, или 102,4 % по сравнению с соответствующим периодом 2019 года.

За 12 месяцев 2020 года оборот розничной торговли составил 7 875,6 млн. тенге, и по сравнению с соответствующим периодом прошлого года составил 98,3%.

III. По государственной программе индустриально-инновационного развития Республики Казахстан реализуется проект АО «РЗА» «ІІ этап расширения комплекса по выращиванию крупного рогатого скота на 1200 голов и завода по переработке молока». В рамках реализации были завезены 300 голов КРС гольштино-фризской породы из ФРГ. Полный запуск проекта ожидается в 2021 году.

По государственной программе поддержки и развития бизнеса «Дорожная карта бизнеса-2025» 101 проектов получили кредит на сумму 955,8 млн.тенге через банки второго уровня. Часть ставки вознаграждения субсидируются через АО «Фонд развития предпринимательства «Даму».

С начала года 121 человек прошли курс и получили сертификаты по программе «Бизнес-Советник» и «Бизнес-школа» в районном филиале Палаты Предпринимателей Кызылординской области.

С целью реализации новых бизнес-идей для стартапов по программе «Енбек» 925 участников получили государственный грант в размере 200 МРП на общую сумму 512,1 млн тенге.

Через Фонд финансовой поддержки сельского хозяйства одобрена проекты 102 предпринимателей на сумму 320,0 млн.тенге.

А также было одобрено 21 проекта на общую сумму 52,8 млн. тенге в Наблюдательном совете регионального инвестиционного центра «Кызылорда».

Кроме того, в рамках программы «Агробизнес 2020» кредитное товарищество «Казалы Несие» предоставила кредиты на сумму 166,0 млн. тенге по 18 заявкам, кредитное товарищество «Сырдария-1» 83,0 млн. тенге по 10 заявкам.

С целью открытия и развития товарооборота и производства общая сумма кредитов и грантов предпринимателей района составила 3009,8 млн. тенге с 1250 заявками от финансовых организаций.

VI. По проекту организации «Индустриальной зоны». Для обеспечения 12,7 га участка «Индустриальной зоны» инженерной инфраструктуройиз республиканского бюджета было выделено 159,7 млн. тенге и проведены соответствующие работы. На сегодняшний день в зоне реализуются 8 проектов, из них 5 проекта действующих. В ноябре 2020 года был открыт овощехранилище на 500 тонн продукции.

VII. Через территорию Казалинского района проходит 96 километров транспортного коридора «Западная Европа – Западный Китай».

Для строительства объектов сервисного обслуживания были определены 5 земельных участков вдоль транспортного коридора.

В настоящее время введены в эксплуатацию 4 комплекса: «Мирас», «Арзан сити» и автозаправки «Sinooil» и «TS», над остальными проектами ведутся строительные работы.

YIII. В 2020 году планировалось ввести в эксплуатацию 20 объектов предпринимательства. За 12 месяцев открыты 27 объектов, где трудоустроены 101 человек.

по развитию малого и среднего бизнеса по Казалинскому району

на 1 декабря 2020 года

На 1 декабря 2020 года по Казалинскому району зарегистрировано 5208 субъектов малого предпринимательства.

Количество активных зарегистрированных предпринимателей составил 4751, по сравнению с отчетным периодом прошлого года составил 116,8%.

С начала года зарегистрировано 1230 предпринимателей, рост с начала года составил 714 единиц.

II. За 11 месяцев 2020 года объем промышленного производства по Казалинскому району составил 14 058,0 млн. тенге, или 102,9 % по сравнению с соответствующим периодом 2019 года.

За 11 месяцев 2020 года оборот розничной торговли составил 6 326,8 млн. тенге, и по сравнению с соответствующим периодом прошлого года составил 86,7%.

По государственной программе поддержки и развития бизнеса «Дорожная карта бизнеса-2025» 27 проектов получили кредит на сумму 632,2 млн.тенге через банки второго уровня. Часть ставки вознаграждения субсидируются через АО «Фонд развития предпринимательства «Даму».

С целью реализации новых бизнес-идей для стартапов по программе «Енбек» 905 участников получили государственный грант в размере 200 МРП на общую сумму 499,3 млн тенге.

Через Фонд финансовой поддержки сельского хозяйства одобрена проекты 95 предпринимателей на сумму 294,0 млн.тенге.

С целью открытия и развития товарооборота и производства общая сумма кредитов и грантов предпринимателей района составила 2748,4 млн. тенге с 1192 заявками от финансовых организаций.

VI. По проекту организации «Индустриальной зоны». Для обеспечения 12,7 га участка «Индустриальной зоны» инженерной инфраструктуройиз республиканского бюджета было выделено 159,7 млн. тенге и проведены соответствующие работы. На сегодняшний день в зоне реализуются 8 проектов, из них 5 проекта действующих. В ноябре 2020 года был открыт овощехранилище на 500 тонн продукции.

YIII. В 2020 году планировалось ввести в эксплуатацию 20 объектов предпринимательства. За 11 месяцев открыты 21 объектов, где трудоустроены 92 человек.

За 9 месяцев 2020 года оборот розничной торговли составил 5 205,1 млн. тенге, и по сравнению с соответствующим периодом прошлого года составил 85,1%.

III. За 9 месяцев 2020 года объем промышленного производства по Казалинскому району составил 11 740,0 млн. тенге, или 108,3 % по сравнению с соответствующим периодом 2019 года.

По государственной программе поддержки и развития бизнеса «Дорожная карта бизнеса-2025» 20 проектов получили кредит на сумму 487,2 млн.тенге через банки второго уровня. Часть ставки вознаграждения субсидируются через АО «Фонд развития предпринимательства «Даму».

С начала года 90 человек прошли курс и получили сертификаты по программе «Бизнес-Советник» и «Бизнес-школа» в районном филиале Палаты Предпринимателей Кызылординской области.

С целью реализации новых бизнес-идей для стартапов по программе «Енбек» 545 участников получили государственный грант в размере 200 МРП на общую сумму 300,9 млн тенге.

Через Фонд финансовой поддержки сельского хозяйства одобрена проекты 84 предпринимателей на сумму 251,0 млн.тенге.

Кроме того, в рамках программы «Агробизнес 2020» кредитное товарищество «Казалы Несие» предоставила кредиты на сумму 128,1 млн. тенге по 14 заявкам, кредитное товарищество «Сырдария-1» 34,3 млн. тенге по 4 заявкам.

С целью открытия и развития товарооборота и производства общая сумма кредитов и грантов предпринимателей района составила 1712,9 млн. тенге с 712 заявками от финансовых организаций.

VI. По проекту организации «Индустриальной зоны». Для обеспечения 6,9 га участка «Индустриальной зоны» инженерной инфраструктуройиз республиканского бюджета было выделено 159,7 млн. тенге и проведены соответствующие работы. На сегодняшний день в зоне реализуются 8 проектов, из них 4 проекта действующих.

В настоящее время введены в эксплуатацию 4 комплекса: «Мирас», «Арзан сити» и автозаправки «Sinooil» и «TS», над остальными проектами ведутся соответствующие работы.

На 1 июля 2020 года по Казалинскому району зарегистрировано 4448 субъектов малого предпринимательства.

Количество активных зарегистрированных предпринимателей составил 4285, по сравнению с отчетным периодом прошлого года составил 112,9%.

С начала года зарегистрировано 309 предпринимателей.

По государственной программе поддержки и развития бизнеса «Дорожная карта бизнеса-2025» 13 проектов получили кредит на сумму 342,4 млн.тенге через банки второго уровня. Часть ставки вознаграждения субсидируются через АО «Фонд развития предпринимательства «Даму».

С начала года 29 человек прошли курс и получили сертификаты по программе «Бизнес-Советник» в районном филиале Палаты Предпринимателей Кызылординской области.

С целью реализации новых бизнес-идей для стартапов по программе «Енбек» 148 участников получили государственный грант в размере 200 МРП на общую сумму 80,9 млн тенге.

Через Фонд финансовой поддержки сельского хозяйства одобрена проекты 41 предпринимателей на сумму 124,4 млн.тенге.

А также было одобрено 10 проекта на общую сумму 27,8 млн. тенге в Наблюдательном совете регионального инвестиционного центра «Кызылорда».

Кроме того, в рамках программы «Агробизнес 2020» кредитное товарищество «Казалы Несие» предоставила кредиты на сумму 46,2 млн. тенге по 6 заявкам.

С целью открытия и развития товарооборота и производства общая сумма кредитов и грантов предпринимателей района составила 968,4 млн. тенге с 230 заявками от финансовых организаций.

По государственной программе поддержки и развития бизнеса «Дорожная карта бизнеса-2020» 3 проекта получили кредит на сумму 105,0 млн.тенге через банки второго уровня. Часть ставки вознаграждения субсидируются через АО «Фонд развития предпринимательства «Даму».

С начала года 29 человек прошли двухдневные курсы и получили сертификаты по программе «Бизнес-Советник» в районном филиале Палаты Предпринимателей Кызылординской области.

С целью реализации новых бизнес-идей для стартапов по программе «Енбек» 40 участников получили государственный грант в размере 530 200 тенге на общую сумму 21 208 000 тенге.

Через Фонд финансовой поддержки сельского хозяйства одобрена проекты 17 предпринимателей на сумму 47,7 млн.тенге.

Кроме того, в рамках программы «Агробизнес 2020» кредитное товарищество «Казалы Несие» предоставила кредиты на сумму 24,0 млн. тенге по 4 заявкам.

С целью открытия и развития товарооборота и производства общая сумма кредитов и грантов предпринимателей района составила 259,8 млн. тенге с 77 заявками от финансовых организаций.

По проекту организации «Индустриальной зоны». Для обеспечения 12,7 га участка «Индустриальной зоны» инженерной инфраструктурой из республиканского бюджета было выделено 159,7 млн. тенге и проведены соответствующие работы.

В настоящее время проводятся работы по реализации 8 проектов на общую сумму 172,0 млн.тенге. Из них реализованы 5 проектов на сумму 102,0 млн.тенге и открыто 43 новых рабочих мест.

Через территорию Казалинского района проходит 96 километров транспортного коридора «Западная Европа – Западный Китай».
