Report on consideration of Appeals of individuals and legal entities

For the 3st quarter of 2024, a total of 449 appeals were received from legal entities and individuals.

- 48 appeals were received from higher authorities, including:

- 42 from the office of the akim of the Kyzylorda region;

- 6 from the district prosecutor's office;

Basically, the applications received concerned: 178 - land issues, 37 - on housing allocation, 77 - on employment, 45 - on housing and communal services, 39 - on material and monetary assistance, on culture - 9, on agriculture -9, 10 - on entrepreneurship, as well as 45 on other issues. Of these, appeals from legal entities - 45.

The applications received by the district akim's office from residents, as the analysis showed, relate to the work of the departments of land relations, housing and communal services, motor transport and highways, the district employment department, social programs and civil registration, the employment center of the district.

All received appeals of citizens were taken under control, appropriate responses were given to them within the time limits established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Along with consideration of written appeals of citizens, according to the approved schedule, the heads of the district constantly conduct personal receptions of legal entities and individuals.

During this period, 128 citizens visited the akim's reception, 281 citizens visited the deputy akim and the chief of staff of the akim of the district. During the reception, issues of employment, housing provision, allocation of land plots, and social assistance were mainly raised. Explanations were given to citizens on issues of interest, in accordance with the current regulatory legal acts.

Basically, those who apply are the unemployed, pensioners, and the disabled.

A preliminary appointment for a personal reception of managers is organized by the documentation and control department of the district akim's office.

Of these, appeals from legal entities - 19.
