Reference for 2024

The Kazalinsky District Family Support Center was opened on July 1, 2023 at the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Kazalinsky district as the Kazalinsky District Family Support Center. Currently, the center is located in the village of Aitek bi, Karazhan Sansyzbayev Street, in building No. 2.
The center employs 1 director, 2 heads of a structural unit, 2 lawyers, 2 psychologists, 2 social workers, 1 social work specialist, 1 media and public relations specialist, 1 analyst and monitoring specialist, 0.5 chief accountant and 0.5 public procurement manager.
The center provides services such as "active longevity therapy", "Art therapy", "hairdresser", "sewing", "crisis" room, as well as legal, psychological, social assistance and adaptation.
In order to provide temporary assistance to people who have been subjected to domestic violence, the center has provided bedding for 3 places. To date, the center's specialists have conducted 46 different events, which are regularly published on the Center's social pages Facebook and Instagram. In the future, 6 events are planned and approved by the end of the year.
Also, in the center, with the support of individual entrepreneurs, in February and October 2024, 18 low-income low-income people took part in the courses "Pastry chef", "hairdresser", "sewing", and in October 11 people, low-income single mothers, took part in the courses "Pastry Chef", "hairdresser", completed coursework and received relevant certificates.
In the future, our mothers who have completed short-term coursework will receive government grants and will be able to develop their professions. Every week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the center, together with social specialists, hosts various events for children with disabilities, and on the third (3rd) day of each week, events are held among young people with disabilities, organized by the Society for the Disabled.
The center provides legal, psychological and social assistance to citizens who find themselves in various life situations. In accordance with the instructions to residents of the village of Ayteke bi, the city of Kazala and the rural district to fill out the "family social card", to date, together with the akims of 19 rural districts, work has been completed on filling out the "family social card" for the villagers. In this regard, 14482 families have been identified in the Kazalinsky district, of which the "social family card" for 14185 families has been filled out (297 families have not filled out the card for various reasons). As a result, it was found that 3,775 families have "good" living conditions, 9,764 families have "average" living conditions, 621 families have "low" living conditions, of which 25 families are families from vulnerable segments of the population. There are 1,568 families living in the city of Kazaly, of which 1,465 are families. It was found that the living conditions of 258 families are "good", 1148 families are "average", 59 families are "low". As part of the above-mentioned information campaign, on November 25, 2024, a training "social workers serving people with disabilities to provide services to respond to gender-based and domestic violence against people with disabilities" was held, organized by the Family Support Center. Also, the director of the Family Support Center, N. Seraliev, and the inspector of the Women's Protection group from violence of the Kazalinsky District Police Department, S. Bishekova, held a briefing with the public on violence prevention promotion as part of the "16 Days without violence" information campaign as part of a live broadcast in the media and on a special social network. On December 6 of this year, together with the Family Support Center and the Women's Council, a special meeting was held with women in difficult situations in the Kazala library.
During the meeting, the participants received information about the prevention of domestic violence and measures to prevent it.Also, together with the staff of the Family Support Center and the Kazalinsky district Police Department, work was carried out to hold meetings with residents of villages and settlements, promote violence prevention and identify violators. According to the planned action, night raids were organized together with employees of the Family Support Center, inspectors of the Kazalinsky district police Department and representatives of regional NGOs and the media.
According to the plan of the information campaign "16 days against violence", on December 10, residents of the district were invited to the Family Support Center, and legal and psychological consultations were given to citizens. In December, the event "The disease of the Internet addiction society" was held. On December 26, an event dedicated to the New Year's holiday for special children was held. Currently, there are no registered persons in the Kazalinsky district Family Support Center who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
Nevertheless, the center's specialists identify low-income families every day by walking the streets and provide them with various assistance: 1 family (25 kg of flour, 10 kg of rice, 5 liters of oil) for the "New Year's holiday", 200 families for the "month of Ramadan" (50 kg of flour, 5 kg of rice, 2.5 kg of pasta), "Mother's Day" for 3 families (15 kg of flour, 25 kg of flour, 10 liters of butter, 5 kg of pasta), "Father's Day" for 3 families (50 kg of flour, 10 kg of rice, 2 kg of tea), for 1 citizen registered with the district probation service (50 kg flour, 5 kg of rice), "Family Day" for 3 families (25 kg of flour, 10 kg of rice, 5 liters of butter, 5 kg of pasta, 5 kg of fruits and household tools (kettle, cauldron, legen, broom, powder, soap, etc.), for 1 family in October (gas stove) and for 1 family in December (5 kg of rice, 3 liters of oil, 5 kg of macaroni teas and sugar, etc.).b food charity donations.

In accordance with the task of filling out the "Family Social Card" for residents of the village of Ayteke bi, Kazala and rural districts, work on filling out the "Family Social Card" has been completed today in cooperation with the akims of 19 rural districts.
Due to the large population of the village of Ayteke bi and the administration of the city of Kazala, these works are continuing. If 7,060 families live in the village of Ayteke bi, 4,787 of them are covered, 872 families out of 1,568 are covered in the city of Kazaly.

Social assistance for certain categories

По отделению оказания специальных социальных услуг на дому детям с ограниченными возможностями

В соответствии со стандартом оказания специальных социальных услуг в сфере социальной защиты населения в условиях оказания услуг на дому, утвержденным приказом министра здравоохранения и социального развития Республики Казахстан от 26 марта 2015 года №165, лицам с ограниченными возможностями предоставляются 8 видов специальных социальных услуг.

В соответствии с «программой реабилитации инвалидов» на дому оказываются специальные социальные услуги 125 детям-инвалидам, которым выдан индивидуальный реабилитационный лист.

Кроме того, в качестве культурно-социальной услуги на постоянной основе проводится работа по организации мероприятий для детей с ограниченными возможностями.

Социальная поддержка

По сведениям, собранным за 12 месяцев 2020 года, 3314 малообеспеченным малообеспеченным семьям и инвалидам оказана финансовая и благотворительная помощь на сумму 38641,4 тыс. тенге, выдача продуктов питания, твердого топлива, запись в пресс-газетах и др. при спонсорской поддержке предпринимателей.

Для приобретения медикаментов детям, больным гематологическими заболеваниями, включая гемобластозы и апластическую анемию, состоящим на диспансерном учете, на 2020 год предусмотрено 119,0 тыс. тенге, в текущем году назначено и выплачено 118,8 тыс. тенге.

На 2020 год детям-инвалидам, воспитывающимся и обучающимся на дому выделено 3930,0 тыс. тенге, в текущем году выплачено 79 детям 3831,7 тыс. тенге.

Специалистам здравоохранения, образования, социальной защиты, культуры и спорта, ветеринарии, проживающим и работающим в сельской местности на 2020 год предусмотрено 43960,0 тыс. тенге, назначено и выплачено 3938 специалистам 43769,1 тыс. тенге.

Для получения академических степеней бакалавра, резидента в учебных заведениях Республики Казахстан в 2020 году на оплату обучения было выделено 17835,8 тыс. тенге, выплачено 33 студентам 17835,8 тыс. тенге.

По отделению оказания специальных социальных услуг на дому детям с ограниченными возможностями

В соответствии со стандартом оказания специальных социальных услуг в области социальной защиты населения в условиях оказания услуг на дому, утвержденным приказом министра здравоохранения и социального развития Республики Казахстан от 26 марта 2015 года №165, гражданам с ограниченными возможностями предоставляется 8 услуг.

120 детям-инвалидам, которым в соответствии с «программой реабилитации инвалидов» выдан индивидуальный лист реабилитации, оказываются специальные социальные услуги на дому.

Также на постоянной основе проводится работа по организации мероприятий для детей с ограниченными возможностями в качестве культурно-социальных услуг, посвященных знаменательным датам.

Социальная поддержка

Согласно сведениям, собранным за 9 месяцев 2020 года, 1685 малообеспеченным семьям и инвалидам оказана материальная и продуктовая помощь на сумму 11012,2 тыс. тенге, предоставление твердого топлива, приобретение жилья, подписка в печатных изданиях и другие благотворительная помощь при поддержке предпринимателей.

Такие добрые начинания планируется продолжить и в следующем году.

На социальную помощь на дополнительное питание гражданам, выписанным из специализированной противотуберкулезной медицинской организации, находящимся на поддерживающей стадии лечения туберкулеза, на 2020 год выделено 35577,0 тыс. тенге, за 9 месяцев текущего года 128 гражданам назначено и выплачено 13710,0 тыс. тенге.

Для приобретения медикаментов детям, состоящим на диспансерном учете, больным гематологическими заболеваниями, включая гемобластозы и апластическую анемию на 2020 год выделено 967,0 тыс. тенге, за 9 месяцев текущего года назначено и выплачено 118,8 тыс. тенге.

На 2020 год детям-инвалидам, воспитывающимся и обучающимся на дому выделено 4772,0 тыс. тенге, за 9 месяцев текущего года 79 детям выплачено 2396,4 тыс. тенге.
