In 3 months of 2025, 4,224 people applied as applicants, 1,049 people were employed. 809 unemployed people were sent to paid community service, 46 people to youth practice, 25 people to social jobs, 30 people were sent to the Silver Youth project.

As part of the "Regional Employment Roadmap", by 2025, it is planned to create 268 jobs in 38 facilities in the district (50 permanent, 218 temporary).

To determine wage arrears from enterprises and institutions located in the district, 3 tons are recorded monthly through the district department of employment and social programs from 61 institutions (the number of workers is 2587).

Working with probation service accounts and those who have served their sentences

At the beginning of 2025, 1 meeting of the advisory body under the district administration was held.

In accordance with the resolution of the regional akimat "On the establishment of quotas for jobs for 2025" dated 12.12.2024 No. 188, it was established to hire 4 people, 3 registered with the probation service, and 1 who served their sentences. As of today, the quota has been fulfilled for 2 people.

As of April 1, 2025, there are 4 registered citizens who have served their sentences as job seekers at the employment center. Of these: based on the decision taken, 2 people were hired with a probation period. 1 person received paid community service.

As of April 1, 2025, 129 people with disabilities applied and registered as job seekers. Of these, 1 person was sent to permanent employment, 1 disabled person was sent to youth practice, 2 disabled people were sent to entrepreneurial activity under the Start-Business project.

Through local executive bodies, 49 people received permits and provided public services in the framework of the "State Service for Issuing and Extending Permits to Migrant Workers.

As of April 1, 2025, the registered (official) unemployment rate and the overall unemployment rate were 5.0 percent.

Special attention is paid to issues of employment and social protection of the population, regulation of labor relations, and improvement of the quality of life of the population in the country.
Today, employment, increased labor productivity, social security, and the development of social partnership have become one of the priorities in shaping sustainable economic development.
In the 12 months of 2024, 12,956 people applied as applicants, and 3,447 people were employed. 1,051 unemployed people were sent to paid community service, 302 people were sent to youth practice, 65 people were sent to social jobs, 19 people were sent to the First Workplace project, 46 people were sent to the Silver Youth project, 2 people were sent to the Contract Generation project.
As part of the "Regional Employment Roadmap", 217 jobs are planned to be created in 22 (temporary) facilities in the district by 2024, 104.1 percent or 226 (temporary) jobs have been implemented to date. Pension payments amount to 97.0 percent (219 people), and an employment contract is 100.0 percent (226 people).
To determine wage arrears from enterprises and institutions located in the district, 3 tons are recorded monthly through the district department of employment and social programs of 64 institutions (the number of employees is 2677).

At the beginning of 2024, 4 meetings of the advisory body under the district administration were held.
In accordance with the resolution of the regional akimat "On the establishment of quotas for jobs for 2024" dated 12/23/2023 No. 235, it was established to hire 5 people, 4 registered with the probation service, and 1 who has served a sentence.
As of January 1, 2025, 41 citizens who are registered and have served their sentences are registered as job seekers at the employment center. Of these, based on the decision taken, 5 people were hired with a probation period. 6 people received paid community service, 27 people were sent to work outside the quota, and 3 people received a grant in the amount of 1,476,800 tenge.
As of January 1, 2025, 375 people with disabilities applied and registered as job seekers. Of these, 70 people were sent to permanent work, 6 disabled people were sent to youth practice, 2 disabled people were sent to social jobs, 44 disabled people were sent to entrepreneurial activities under the Start-Business project, 3 people were sent to the Silver Youth project, 45 people with disabilities were sent to paid community service and 28 people We received a state grant.
The executive authorities, through the district Department of Employment and Social Programs, are provided with methodological and organizational assistance in concluding collective and individual agreements.
220 organizations operating in the district have signed collective agreements. In the field of overdue education, schools and kindergartens were registered with the regional labor control department, returning to the collective agreement.
Work is underway to conclude employment contracts in electronic form on the portal "Enbek.kz " the automated information system "Electronic Labor Contracts" for enterprises and farm workers located in the district.

In 6 months of 2024, 7,476 people applied as applicants, 1638 people were employed. 1,038 unemployed people were sent to paid public works, 109 people were sent to youth practice, 65 people to social jobs, 15 people were sent to the First Workplace project, 42 people were sent to the Silver Youth project, 2 people were sent to the Contract Generation project.
As part of the "Regional Employment Roadmap", by 2024, it is planned to create 231 jobs in 22 facilities in the district (3 permanent, 228 temporary), to date 44.1 percent or 102 jobs (temporary-97, permanent-5) have been implemented. Pension payments amount to 59.8 percent (61 people), an employment contract - 100.0 percent (102 people).

In 12 months of 2023, 9504 people applied as applicants, 1728 people were employed permanently. 1,370 unemployed people were sent to paid public works, 338 people were sent to youth practice, 62 people to social jobs, 21 people were sent to the First Workplace project, 3 people were sent to the Generation Agreement project, 38 people were sent to the Silver Youth project, 136 people received irrevocable grants.
As part of the "Regional Employment Roadmap", 202 jobs are planned to be created in 30 facilities in the district by 2023 (69 permanent, 133 temporary), to date 114.8 percent or 232 jobs (69 permanent, 163 temporary) have been realized. Pension payments amount to 97.0 percent (225 people), an employment contract - 100.0 percent (232 people).

As of October 1, 2023, 522 people with disabilities applied and registered as job seekers. 25 disabled people were employed for permanent work, 1 disabled person was sent to youth practice, 4 disabled people were sent to social jobs, 8 disabled people received state grants, 137 disabled people were sent to entrepreneurship under the Start-Business project, 2 people were sent to the Silver Youth project, 53 people with disabilities were sent to paid public works.

In the first quarter of 2023, a 1st meeting of the advisory body under the district akimat was held.
In accordance with the resolution of the akimat of kazalinsky district dated November 22, 2022 No. 173 "on setting a quota of jobs for 2023", employment of 2 Probation Services, 2 serving sentences, 4 people were established.
As of April 1, 2023, 6 citizens registered with the Probation Service and serving sentences were registered with the employment center as job seekers. Including: on the basis of the adopted Resolution, 1 person registered with the Probation Service was employed as a worker. 3 people received paid public work, 2 people received irrevocable grants.
As of April 1, 2023, 274 citizens with disabilities applied and registered as job seekers. 3 disabled people were provided with permanent employment, 1 disabled person was sent to youth Practice, 4 disabled people were sent to social work, 4 disabled people received a state grant, 97 disabled people were sent to the Bastau-Business Project on an entrepreneurial basis, and 46 disabled people were sent to paid public work.
Through the District Department of employment, social programs and civil registration, methodological and organizational assistance is provided to executive bodies to conclude agreements on collective and individual contracts.
220 existing institutions have signed collective agreements in the district. In the field of education that has expired, schools and kindergartens have re-entered into a collective agreement and registered with the Regional Department of Labor control.

Today, in the formation of sustainable economic development, employment of the population, increasing labor productivity, Social Security and the development of social partnership have become one of the priorities.
According to the plan for 2022, it is planned to create 2,956 new jobs in the district, 2,989 new jobs were created in 12 months, including temporary – 2008, permanent - 981.
For 12 months of 2022, 7798 people were contacted as job seekers, and 2160 people were employed permanently. 1503 unemployed people were sent to paid public work, 365 people were sent to youth practice and 40 people were sent to social work.
To determine the debt to wages from institutions and enterprises located in the district, through the District Department of employment, social programs and civil registration, a monthly calculation of 3 - TN is taken from 60 institutions (the number of working employees is 2871).
In the district, a memorandum was signed between the district akimat, trade union organizations and employers ' associations with 32 institutions on non-dismissal of employees. The number of people in it is 2188.

In the IV quarter of 2022, 4 meetings of the advisory body under the district akimat were held.
In accordance with the resolution of the akimat of kazalinsky district dated November 21, 2021 No. 191 "on setting a quota of jobs for 2022", employment of 4 probation services, 2 serving sentences, 6 people were established.
As of January 1, 2023, 14 citizens registered with the Probation Service and serving sentences were registered with the employment center as job seekers. Among them: on the basis of the adopted Resolution, 6 people registered with the Probation Service were employed as workers. 2 people were sent to work on a paid public basis, 3 people were sent to retraining courses.
On March 6, 2022, in Issue No. 19 (1975), an article was submitted to the regional newspaper "Turan-Kazaly" on citizens registered with the Probation Service and released from places of deprivation of liberty.
As of January 1, 2023, 397 citizens with disabilities were contacted and registered as job seekers. 72 disabled people were provided with permanent employment, 4 disabled people were sent to youth Practice, 4 disabled people were sent to social work, 47 disabled people received state grants, and 56 disabled people were sent to paid public work.

Invataxi services in 2022, at the expense of funds allocated from the regional budget on a contractual basis – 7338.0 thousand tenge, three Invataxi machines on a permanent basis accepted 3071 orders from people with disabilities and provided services in the amount of 3780.7 thousand tenge.

23972.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the republican budget for the provision of special services in the rehabilitation center for disabled children in the conditions of a semi-stationary day stay " Shapagat", during the reporting period 21 children received services in the amount of 15638.0 thousand tenge.

For the services of an individual assistant for the disabled of group I who have difficulty in movement, an agreement was concluded this year in the amount of 174944.0 thousand tenge allocated from the local budget, during the reporting period 186 disabled people of group I who have difficulty in movement were paid 128928.8 thousand tenge for the services of an individual assistant 186.

For the services of a sign language specialist in the current year, contracts were concluded from the republican budget in the amount of 1530.0 thousand tenge, from the district budget - 3060.0 thousand tenge, in total in the amount of 4590.0 thousand tenge, 740.1 thousand tenge was paid to 12 hearing impaired persons for the services of 1 sign language specialist during the reporting period.

On March 6, 2022, in issue No. 19 (1975) in the regional newspaper Turan-Kazaly, an article was published about citizens registered with the probation service and released from prison.
As of July 1, 2022, 101 people with disabilities have registered as job seekers. 47 people with disabilities were constantly working. 3 disabled people were sent to youth practice, 3 disabled people to social work, 9 people with disabilities received state grants, 42 disabled people to paid social work.

Today, one of the priorities in the formation of sustainable economic development has become employment, increasing labor productivity, social security and the development of social partnership.
According to the plan for 2021, 1,465 new jobs are planned to be created in the district, 2,913 new jobs have been created in 12 months, including 1,448 temporary and 1,465 permanent jobs.
During the 12 months of 2021, 5,150 people applied as applicants, 2,489 people were employed for permanent work. 1,183 unemployed people were sent to paid public works, 109 people were sent to youth practice and 55 people were sent to social jobs.
To determine wage arrears from enterprises and institutions located on the territory of the district, 3-TN records are kept monthly through the district department of employment, social programs and civil registration from 60 institutions (the number of working employees is 3008).
In the Municipal state institution "sanatorium nursery-garden No. 7 "Baldyrgan", 26 employees have been dismissed since May 1. Of them: 15 are employed in private kindergartens of the district, 5 are sent to paid public works, 1 employee has moved to Astana, 2 employees are receiving treatment for health reasons, the remaining 3 employees are registered as job seekers, having refused the job offered by the district Department of Education.

The state municipal enterprise "Kazaly-SU service" fully paid wages for July 2021, for August -36 employees in the amount of 2692.2 thousand tenge.

14 people were dismissed from the state municipal enterprise " Kazaly - Su service" on 02.11.2020.
The reduced employees were registered in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Employment of the population" and they were offered work on the vacancies received.

From the state municipal enterprise" kazaly - Su service " on 02.11.2020, 14 people were dismissed.

Особое внимание уделяется вопросам занятости и социальной защищенности населения, регулирования трудовых отношений, уделяется улучшению качества жизни населения в стране.

Сегодня одним из приоритетных направлений в формировании устойчивого экономического развития стали занятость населения, повышение производительности труда, социальное обеспечение и развитие социального партнерства.

Согласно плану на 2020 год по району планируется создать 1436 новых рабочих мест, за 12 месяцев создано 1516 новых рабочих мест, в том числе постоянных-1222.

За 12 месяцев 2020 года в качестве соискателей обратились 2844 человека, трудоустроены на постоянную работу 1582 человека. На оплачиваемые общественные работы направлено 1128 безработных, на молодежную практику-169 человек и на социальные рабочие места-99 человек.

Согласно данным Казалинского районного отдела по социальному обеспечению филиала некоммерческого АО «Государственная корпорация» Правительство для граждан " по Кызылординской области в соответствии с выплатой в связи с утратой доходов населения при чрезвычайной ситуации (42500 тенге), в целом по району назначена выплата – 19760 человек.

Работа с учетными записями службы пробации и отбывшими наказание

По годовому плану работы консультативно –совещательного органа на 2020 год проведено 4 заседания.

В районном центре занятости обратились 27 человек, отбывших наказание и состоящих на учете службы пробации. Из них 18 человек (пробация-17, отбывшие наказание-1) направлены на постоянную работу, 4 человека направлены на общественные работы, 1 человек отказался от общественной работы. 5 человек получили государственные гранты и открывают свое дело.

Принято постановление акимата Казалинского района №13 «Об установлении квоты рабочих мест на 2020 год» и проводится следующая работа. (Всего по квоте установлено-5 человек. Из них: 4-лица, состоящие на учете службы пробации, 1-лица, отбывшие наказание)

Учреждения, которым установлена Квота:

1) ТОО «Сыр маржаны»" - 1 чел. (1 чел.)

2) ТОО "Казалы көркем" - служба пробации 1 человек (трудоустроен 1 человек)

3) СПК ТОО «Кызылорда Балык» - 2 человека Служба пробации (трудоустроено 2 человека)

4) ИП "Игликов Т" - 1 чел. отбывал наказание (1 чел. трудоустроен)

Из них по дорожной карте занятости на 2020-2021 годы трудоустроено-8 человек.

В связи с утратой дохода из-за ограничения деятельности в период чрезвычайного положения на учете службы пробации проведена разъяснительная работа.

В результате 7 человек подали заявления, 5 граждан получили социальную помощь по 42500 тенге.

7 граждан, состоящих на учете службы пробации, 1 гражданин, отбывший наказание, бесплатно подписались на газеты «Сыр бойы», «Туран Казалы» при спонсорской поддержке индивидуальных предпринимателей.

Кроме того, на 1 января 2021 года 78 инвалидов обратились и зарегистрированы в качестве соискателей. Из них 34 инвалида направлены на постоянную работу (из них 14 инвалидов получили кредиты), на оплачиваемые общественные работы 37 инвалидов, на молодежную практику 3 инвалида, на социальные рабочие места 3 инвалида, 1 инвалид обучается на курсах переподготовки.

В этом году в рамках Дорожной карты занятости на 2020-2021 годы планируется привлечь более 3 млрд. долл. 11 млн. были рассмотрены средства на 42 проекта на сумму тенге.

О работе с лицами, состоящими на учете службы пробации и отбывающими наказание

За 9 месяцев 2020 года проведено 3 заседания консультативно–совещательного органа при акимате Казалинского района.

В соответствии с постановлением акимата Казалинского района №13 «Об установлении квоты рабочих мест на 2020 год» планировался занятость 5 лиц, состоящих на учете службы пробации.

Учреждения, которым установлена Квота:

1) ТОО " Сыр маржаны» - 1 человек Служба пробации (трудоустроено 1 человек)

2) ТОО " Казалы көркем» - 1 человек Служба пробации (устроен 1 человек)

В отделе занятости и социальных программ на постоянной основе проводится разъяснительная работа по направлениям программы по оказанию социальной помощи судимым гражданам по месту жительства, по направлениям программы.

По состоянию на 1 июля 2020 года на учете в службе пробации состоит 67 осужденных. Из них: имеющие постоянную работу-22 человека, лишенные определенной должности-7 человек, занятые уходом за ребенком и обучающиеся 7 человек, инвалиды-4 человека, пенсионеры-1 человек, 4 человека, состоящие на учете службы пробации трудоустроены по квоте, 13 человек трудоустроены вне квоты, 3 человека получили грант, 3 человека получили безвозмездные гранты. Количество безработных граждан-3.

Из них по дорожной карте занятости на 2020-2021 годы-8 человек.

На учете службы пробации в связи с утратой доходов от ограничения службы в условиях чрезвычайной ситуации были проведены разъяснительные работы. В результате обратились 7 человек, 5 граждан получили социальную помощь по 42500 тенге.

7 граждан, состоящих на учете службы пробации бесплатно записаны в газеты «Сыр бойы» и «Туран Казалы».
