Information about the planned and scheduled elections of akims of cities of regional significance, rural districts in 2023 in the Kazalinsky district

Note. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 113-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections": the elections of the akim of a city of district significance, village, settlement, rural district are appointed by the corresponding territorial election commission at least 50 days before the expiration of the term of office of the akim.

Also, in accordance with the procedure provided for in part 3 of Article 113-1 of the Law, "Akim elections are appointed by the corresponding territorial election commission within a month from the date of early termination of the powers of the akim or formation, changes in the boundaries of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit and are held from the date of their appointment for the akim of the district, the city of regional significance within fifty days, for the akim of the city of district significance, village, settlement, rural district – within forty days."
