Report on public services provided by local executive bodies for 12 months of 2023

Local executive bodies of the Kazalinsky district, in accordance with the register of public services, provided a total of 21332 services for 64 types of public services in 2023.
Including:

Through local executive state bodies subordinate to the akimat of the district-697 (3.2%);

Through a state corporation – 1013 (4.7%);

Through the e-government portal -19656 services (92.1%).

In total, in 2023, in order to improve the quality of public services, internal control of 12 service facilities was carried out.

As of 2023, no complaints have been received in connection with the provision of public services

Report for the first quarter of 2023 on public services provided by local executive bodies

Local executive bodies of the Kazalinskaya district provided 11109 services for 61 types of services in the first quarter of 2023.
Of these:
- 264 (2.3%) services - through government agencies in paper form;

- 363 (3.3%) services - through a State corporation.

- 10482 (94.4%) services were provided electronically through the web portal of "Electronic Government" and departmental information systems of M&E;

In order to improve the quality of public services in the first quarter of 2023, internal control of only 2 facilities providing services was carried out.
