About the results of the nomination of candidates for akims of Arykbalyk rural district

On March 21, 2023, at 18.00, the stage of nominating candidates ended. In total, 3 candidates were nominated to the akim of the Arykbalyk rural district in the Kazalinsky district, of which 1 (33.3%) - from a political party, 2 (66.7%) – by self-nomination.

The AMANAT Party has nominated 1 candidate.

The average competition was 3 people per place.        

 Currently, measures are being taken to establish compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the nominated candidates and their registration, which will end on March 26, 2023 at 18.00 hours.

In the event of the withdrawal of candidates and the absence of an alternative (less than two candidates in the constituency), according to the legislation, the nomination stage will be extended for no more than five days.

According to paragraph 9 of Article 113-5 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", official information on the results of registration of candidates will be published in the media.
