The kazalinsky District Election Commission determines the compliance of candidates for the election of akims of rural districts with the requirements established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the law on public service on the basis of requests to the relevant authorities.

According to the calendar plan for the election of the mayor of Arykbalyk Rural District, appointed on April 16, 2023, the nomination of candidates is carried out from March 09 to March 21 this year (hours: until 18-00).
