Attention to the media!

Please note that in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the constitutional law" on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", information on the amount, conditions and procedure for paying for broadcast and publishing sites must be reported and published by the relevant relevant mass media, users of the online platform at least five days before the start of the pre-election campaign (no later than March 21, 2023).

Mass media, users of the online platform may not provide airtime, publishing space for placing, distributing campaign materials of candidates before the publication of data on the amount of payment, conditions and procedure for providing Broadcast and publishing space. Violation of this rule of law entails a fine in accordance with Article 112 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for officials-in the amount of 30 MCI, legal entities-in the amount of 50 MCI.

Information on the amount, conditions and procedure for providing seats on the air and in the press for the election of akims of rural districts must be submitted to the territorial election commission.
