The Migration Service department of the Kazalinsky district Police Department is carrying out some work in the volume of the 3rd quarter of 2024. During the reporting period, 184 foreign citizens were registered through the migration portal system "E-guest". Of these, 172 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2 citizens of the Italian state, 1 citizen of Turkey, 2 citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and 7 citizens of the Russian Federation are registered for personal purposes, of which 23 have received permits from immigrant workers of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 
   Maintaining a list of stateless persons with foreigners temporarily residing and permanently residing in the serviced territory of the UPI department, actual residence of foreigners and stateless persons registered in the serviced administrative area, permanent residence -at least once every six months, temporary residence -as necessary, departure from the administrative area after the expiration of the permitted period of stay verification activities are organized with mandatory control. 
In addition, work is underway to identify 1 debtor evading alimony payments, who has been wanted since 2022.
Organizing work on 100% legalization of the labor of temporarily registered foreigners, large-scale explanatory work is carried out among foreigners, explanatory work on the procedure of work in a legalized way in the Republic of Kazakhstan. 
In order to identify, prevent, and suppress illegal migration, 55 offenses were identified, including 20 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under Article 518 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 5 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under Article 519 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 4 foreign citizens under Article 449 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 26 offenses were established and considered under Article 517 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 1 citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who violated the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of migration was administratively expelled from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
          In total, 1837 citizens were documented in the field of documentation for the 3rd quarter of this year. Of these, 1,406 citizens are documented with an identity card, 509 with a passport. 280 citizens who lost their identity card were documented for a new identity card.
    10-a citizen, having applied for a change of surname, was re-documented on an identity card.
     At the same time, documents with an invalid, i.e. expired, identity card are destroyed in a timely manner according to the act and sent to the migration department in a timely manner. Monthly and quarterly reporting on the field of documentation is conducted. Ready-made identity cards and passports from the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are sent out in a timely manner to citizens who promptly went to the district public service center with lists according to the act. Requests for requests from individuals and legal entities and requests for documentation of the population are fulfilled in a timely manner. In the field of documentation, under Article 492 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, administrative measures were taken for 117 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who passed without an identity card or with an invalid identity card.   
In the future, in order to identify, prevent, and suppress illegal migration and promptly search for debtors, work is being carried out to intensify work on documenting the population, with a focus on employees of departments and under strict control.

The Migration Service department of the Kazalinsky district Police Department is carrying out some work in the volume of the 2nd quarter of 2024. During the reporting period, 136 foreign citizens were registered through the migration portal system "E-guest". Of these, 128 citizens came from the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2 from the People's Republic of China, 1 from the State of Georgia, 2 from the State of Turkey, 1 from the Republic of Tajikistan and 2 from the Russian Federation, 68 of them received permits from labor immigrants of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Maintaining a list of stateless persons with foreigners temporarily residing and permanently residing in the serviced territory of the UPI department, actual residence of foreigners and stateless persons registered in the serviced administrative area, permanent residence -at least once every six months, temporary residence-as necessary, departure from the administrative area after the expiration of the permitted period of stay verification activities are organized with mandatory control.
In addition, work is underway to identify 1 debtor evading alimony payments, who has been wanted since 2022.
Organizing work on 100% legalization of the labor of temporarily registered foreigners, large-scale explanatory work is carried out among foreigners, explanatory work on the procedure of work in a legalized way in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In order to identify, prevent, and suppress illegal migration, 48 offenses were identified, including 17 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under Article 518 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 4 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under Article 519 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 27 offenses under Article 517 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 3 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who violated the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of migration were administratively evicted from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In total, 1994 citizens were documented in the field of documentation for the 2nd quarter of this year. Of these, 1,473 citizens are documented with identity cards, 632 are citizens with passports. 201 citizens who lost their identity card were documented for a new identity card.

At the same time, documents with an invalid, i.e. expired, identity card are destroyed in a timely manner according to the act and sent to the migration department in a timely manner. Monthly and quarterly reporting on the field of documentation is conducted. Ready-made identity cards and passports from the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are sent out in a timely manner to citizens who promptly went to the district public service center with lists according to the act. The Migration Service department of the Kazalinsky district Police Department is carrying out some work during the 1st quarter of 2024. During the reporting period, 66 foreign citizens were registered. Of these, 57 citizens came from the Republic of Uzbekistan, 6 from the People's Republic of China, 1 from the Ukrainian state, 1 from the Spanish State and 1 from the German state for personal purposes, of which 27 received permits from immigrant workers of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In addition, for 1 month of 2024, 1 debtor who has been wanted since 2022, evading alimony payments, was identified and the search was terminated, and 1 debtor is currently wanted.

2 applications of a foreigner for a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan have been received, documented on the foreigner's ihtiyarhat.

 A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Turmakhanova Meirgul Turmakhanovna, and a citizen of the Russian Federation, Zametov Nurbek Tursinalievich, were granted citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan and an identity card of the Republic of Kazakhstan was documented.

In order to identify, prevent, and suppress illegal migration, 12 offenses were identified, including 5 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under Article 518 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1 citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan under Article 519 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 6 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under Article 517 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

          In total, 1877 citizens were documented in the field of documentation for the 1st quarter of this year. Of these, 1,556 citizens are documented with identity cards, 411 citizens with passports. 244 citizens who lost their identity card were documented for a new identity card.

The 1st stateless person and the 1st citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan have been granted citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.In order to identify, prevent, and suppress illegal migration, 47 offenses were subsequently identified, of which 19 in relation to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan with Article 518 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 26 foreigners with Article 517 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and 2 foreigners with Article 492 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. By the decision of the Kazalinsky district Court, 2 citizens were arrested at the place of receiving and mailing to identify persons who do not have documents of the permanent address of the Criminal Procedure Code of Kyzylorda.In total, 7,102 citizens were documented in the field of documentation during the specified period. Of these, 5,763 are citizens documented with identity cards, 1,706 are citizens with passports. 915 citizens who lost their identity card were documented for a new identity card.  In the future, in ornts and under strict control

The Department of Migration Service of the kazalinsky District Police Department has been doing a lot of work for 9 months of 2023. During the reporting period, 201 foreign citizens were registered. Of these, 192 citizens came from the Republic of Uzbekistan, 3 citizens from the Republic of Turkmenistan, 1 citizen from the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and 5 citizens from the Russian Federation for personal purposes, of which 124 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan received a labor immigrant's permit. 

   The UPI of the Department organizes measures to keep a list of stateless persons temporarily residing and permanently residing in the serviced territory with foreigners, checking the actual residence of foreigners and stateless persons registered in the serviced administrative area, permanent residents-at least once every six months, temporary residents-if necessary, with mandatory monitoring of leaving the administrative area after the expiration of the permitted period of stay. 

At the same time, for 6 months of 2023, the search for 6 debtors who evaded the payment of alimony was devoted, the search for 4 debtors has been reduced, and 2 debtors are currently working to find out.

In order to 100% legalize the work of temporarily registered foreigners, large-scale explanatory work is carried out among foreigners, explanatory work is carried out on the procedure for working in a legalized way in the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

7 foreigners received an application for a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In particular, applications were received from 5 Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1 citizen of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and 1 citizen of the Russian Federation. 1 stateless person and 1 citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan were granted citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the future, in order to identify, prevent, and suppress illegal migration, 30 offenses were identified, including administrative offenses against citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan 15 under Article 518 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 13 under Article 517 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and 2 under Article 492 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan foreigners. According to him, Akbarov Abdumalik Abduganievich, born on 23.03.1983 in Uychi district, Namangan region, Republic of Uzbekistan, was arrested by the decision of the Kazalinsky District Court at the place of reception and distribution of the Kyzylorda criminal code for identifying persons who do not have a permanent address.

          In total, 5,517 citizens were documented during this period in the field of documentation. Of these, 4456 citizens were documented with identity cards, 1326 citizens with passports. 693 citizens who lost their identity card were newly documented on an identity card.  

In the future, in order to identify, prevent, suppress illegal migration, as well as to intensify work on the operational search and identification of debtors, documentation of the population, direction is given to the employees of the department, work is carried out under strict control.

Of these, 122 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1 citizen of the Republic of Turkmenistan, 1 citizen of Kyrgyzstan and 4 citizens of the Russian Federation are registered for personal purposes, 85 of them have received permits of immigrant workers of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In total, 1,694 citizens were documented in the field of documentation for the specified period. Of these, 1,407 citizens are documented with identity cards, 287 citizens with passports. 209 citizens who lost their identity card were documented for a new identity card.
In the future, in order to identify, prevent, suppress illegal migration and promptly search for debtors, work is being carried out to intensify work on documenting the population, with a focus on employees of departments and under strict control.

Reference for 12 months of 2022

In 2022, a total of 260 foreign citizens were registered in the Migration Service Department of the kazalinsky district, including 237 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 4 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1-Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, 18-citizens of the Russian Federation. A special permit for a migrant worker was issued by 126 foreign citizens, all citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In order to identify, prevent, and prevent illegal migration channels for foreigners who violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of Population migration-17 offenses were identified and legal measures were taken under Article 517 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 34 citizens who violated the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of Population migration of individuals or legal entities accepting foreigners and stateless persons in connection with citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan were taken measures under Article 518 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, fines totaling 355.310 tenge were collected in full.

In relation to 10 citizens who evaded payment of napakha, private bailiffs received a ruling, and 6 citizens were suspended from production in connection with the "determination of their place of residence". Currently, the production is working on the 4th search.
During this period, 5906 citizens were documented, 4918 of them were documented with identity cards and 988 passports. 832 citizens who lost their identity cards were documented.In the future, in order to identify, prevent, suppress illegal migration, as well as to intensify work on the operational search and identification of debtors, documentation of the population, direction is given to the employees of the department, work is carried out under strict control.

Reference for first quarter of 2022

In August 2021, 15 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 17 citizens from the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan-1 and the Russian Federation applied to the migration service department of the Kazalinsky district police department in connection with their arrival for personal use.
A labor immigrant received a work permit from 5 foreigners, extended 6 foreigners, the amount of tax was 238,914 tenge.
In addition, of the 2 debtors who evade alimony payments, 2 have been identified and the search share is 100 percent.

Reference for 12 months of 2021

For 12 months of 2021, 118 foreign citizens were registered in the Migration Service of the kazalinsky District Police Department at 51 addresses, 83 citizens were registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, 12-in Russia, 1-in Ukraine, and 1 - in Kyrgyzstan.
91 foreigners-labor immigrants received work permits, 79 foreigners-extended them, the amount of taxes amounted to 2,203,622 tenge.
A total of 6,316 citizens were documented during this period. Of these, 5939 citizens were documented with identity cards and 496 with passports. In addition, 802 citizens who lost their identity cards were again documented for identity cards. Ready-made identity cards and passports are issued to citizens in a timely manner.
In kazalinsky District, 3 citizens who did not receive documents at all, that is, at the age of 18, and 7 citizens who were in a passport of the USSR of 1974 were identified, documented with an identity card, and 1 citizen was collected documents to determine their affiliation to the citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan and sent to the CPSU of the Kyzylorda OPD.
A stateless citizen born on 26.07.1988, Turdybayeva Nazira Perdebayevna, according to the conclusion of the CPSU Kyzylorda OPD dated 05.01.2021, accepted the citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was documented with an identity card of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Dalzhanov Kuatbay Kutlymuratovich, born on 01.01.1964 of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who was on the residence permit of a foreigner, renounced his citizenship and was documented with the certificate of a stateless person.

Reference for the 3rd quarter of 2021

In August 2021, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan-15, The Republic of Uzbekistan-27, Ukraine-1 and the Russian Federation-3 applied to the Migration Service of the kazalinsky District Police Department for personal purposes.

17 foreign labor immigrants received a work permit, 43 foreign immigrants received a work permit, and the amount of taxes amounted to 856,168 tenge.

At the same time, out of 2 debtors who evade the payment of alimony, 2 are identified and the percentage of search is 100 percent.

In order to identify, Prevent, Suppress and prevent illegal migration channels, a daily operational survey of streets and public places was carried out, including places of stay and arrival of foreign citizens, a bus station, Central Markets in the village of Aiteke bi, retail outlets, railway stations, hotels, houses of citizens renting apartments, construction sites, private construction sites. In the future, in order to detect, prevent and suppress illegal migration, 16 offenses were identified, including 9 offenses against foreigners.

In particular, in connection with the violation of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of Population migration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, measures were taken on 3 parts of Article 517 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan-8, 5 parts of Article 517 of the Administrative Code-1 foreign citizens.

In relation to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have violated the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of migration of the population by individuals or legal entities accepting foreigners and stateless persons in connection with the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a protocol was drawn up, a fine was imposed and fully collected, with Part 1 of Article 518 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Part 6 of Article 519 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During this period, 1,458 citizens were documented, 1,399 - with an identity card, and 107 - with a passport. 188 citizens who lost their identity cards were documented.

In the future, in order to detect, prevent and suppress illegal migration, as well as to intensify work on the identification of debtors, documentation of the population, employees of the department are guided and strictly controlled.

For 6 months of 2021, the Migration Service allocated 71 foreign citizens to the police of Kazalinsky district. Of these, 5 citizens of the Russian Federation and 66 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan are registered to 23 addresses.

53 labor immigrants received a job permit, 7 foreigners were extended, and the amount of tax was 1,050,120 tenge.

35 иностранцев трудовых мигрантов получили разрешение на работу, 25 иностранца разрешение на проделение, налог составил – 249194 тенге.

В целях выявления пресечение, профилактики, недопущения каналов не законной миграций, ежедневно проводились оперативно-рейдовые мероприятия в местах возможного пребывания иностранных граждан, автовокзалов, центральных рынков кента Айтеке би, торговых мест, железнодорожного вокзала, гостиниц, дома лиц, сдающих квартиры в наем, строительные обьекты, частные страительные точки, улицы и общественные места.

По итогам которых 7 граждан нарушивших законодательство РК в сфере миграции носеления привлечены к административной ответственности по ст. 518 ч.1 КРК об АП, т.е или вынесено предупреждение.
