ENSURING SOCIO-POLITICAL STABILITY
The Department of Public Development of Kazaly District carries out all its activities aimed at ensuring public and political stability in the region, based on the results of monitoring the socio-political situation. Any identified preconditions for socio-political issues during monitoring are included in the "Map of Potential Social Tension Hotspots," and their resolution process is kept under control.
The socio-political, religious, and interethnic situation in the district can be described as stable. Since the beginning of the year, up to the reporting period, no mass protest actions, peaceful assemblies, pickets, or demonstrations have been organized, and no interfaith conflicts have occurred. The department's responsible employees conduct daily assessments of the socio-political situation in the district. To identify and prevent issues that may affect the socio-political environment, regular conversations and analyses are conducted with residents in public places (such as markets, public service centers, and near railway stations) and institutions.
Additionally, daily monitoring of social media is carried out, and emerging issues are analyzed. To ensure prompt information exchange regarding published critical or other materials, a special WhatsApp group consisting of relevant specialists has been established. According to the established algorithm, responses are provided within 30 minutes.
To prevent minor offenses, including fights among young people, a working group has been created under the district akim. Currently, daily night raids are being conducted in places with large crowds (entertainment venues, public catering establishments, restaurants, nightclubs, etc.) to prevent such incidents.

In accordance with the plan of the regional information and explanatory group on countering religious extremism in the Kazalinsky district for 2023, 44 events have been held in the district since the beginning of the year. In total, 2,500 people were covered in it.

In addition, funds were considered for 118 events, 6 events were held at the expense of extra-budgetary sources, and 76 events were organized without funds.
In particular, the district Department of Culture and Language development allocated 15,835.2 thousand tenge for the organization of cultural events, the district department of Physical Culture and Sports allocated 9.0 million tenge for the organization of sports events for the development of mass sports, the district Department of Internal policy allocated 7471.5 thousand tenge for the organization of socio-political events during the year.
All planned events were organized at their own level and changes were made to the format as necessary.
The draft calendar plan of district socio-political events for 2023 includes 208 events.
Including 86 complex social activities "organization of socio-political events in the volume of the Kazalinsky district" for 2023 (national, state, professional holidays and dated days, cultural events, etc.), 13652.8 thousand tenge was allocated from the district budget.
A public procurement competition is currently being held.

A plan for special areas has been approved and implemented for all events in accordance with a special concept. In addition, in 2022, republican, regional, district events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Halyk Kaharmana, singer R. Baglanova and the 120th anniversary of the ardent leader of the youth of the East G. Muratbayev were held in the district.

In particular, festive, spiritual, cultural events dedicated to February 15 – the day of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, March 1 – the day of gratitude, March 8 – the International Women's Day, March 22 – the great holiday of Nauryz, April 7 – the day of remembrance of Kazakhstani soldiers who were killed by Kazakhs in the military conflict "Tajik-Afghan" were organized.

Общественно-политическая ситуация по Казалинскому району стабильная. В районе не произошло массовых акций протеста, организации мирных собраний, пикетов и демонстраций, конфликтов межконфессионального характера.
В январе 2020 года зарегистрировано 1 заявление об объявлении голодовки или организации митинга. В связи с этим проведена совместная разъяснительная работа с соответствующими отраслевыми учреждениями.
Кроме того, в связи с объявленной чрезвычайной ситуацией по Коронавирусу проводится разъяснительная работа по вопросам оказания социальной помощи для местного населения.

Общественно-политическая ситуация по Казалинскому району стабильная. В районе не произошло массовых акций протеста, организации мирных собраний, пикетов и демонстраций, конфликтов межконфессионального характера. Утвержден решение Казалинского районного маслихата от 25 июня 2020 года №444 «Об определении специальных мест для организации и проведения мирных собраний, порядка их использования и предельных норм заполнения, требований к материально-техническому и организационному обеспечению, а также границ прилегающих территорий, где запрещена проведение пикетирования». В целом по району в специально отведенные места для организации и проведения мирных собраний были определены 2 места по поселку Айтеке би (мавзолей «Жанкожа батыр» участок №135 в микрорайоне Казалы, улица Примова №1 перед головными воротами на западной окраине парка» Жеңіс") и по одному месту в городе Казалинске и 19 сельских округах.
Общественно-политическая ситуация по Казалинскому району стабильная. В районе не произошло массовых акций протеста, организации мирных собраний, пикетов и демонстраций, конфликтов межконфессионального характера.
