Working with non-governmental organizations

Reference as of 2024

In order to intensify the work of non-governmental organizations in the district, the work plan of the council for interaction and partnership with non-governmental organizations for 2024 was approved, and appropriate work was carried out in accordance with the plan.

The council for interaction and partnership with non-governmental organizations includes heads of independent departments of the district akimat (Department of public development, state revenue in Kazalinsky district) or acting (2 people), Heads of non-governmental organizations (4 people). The database of non-governmental organizations provides information from 18 public organizations and foundations. For the period from January to March 2024, 4 materials were published in District newspapers in the direction of placing data in the database of non-governmental organizations, and 6 notices were posted on social networks (Facebook).

Until March 31, 2025, in order to ensure the submission of data to the NGO database, the department conducts information and explanatory work and provides relevant consultations via Whatsapp chat. Обновив базы данных неправительственных организаций, на основании приказа Министерства культуры и спорта Республики Казахстан (далее-Министерство) от 19 февраля 2016 года №51 «Об утверждении Правил предоставления сведений о своей деятельности неправительственными организациями и формирования базы данных о них» в базу данных местных неправительственных организаций на сегодняшний день внесено 30 общественных организаций и фондов

По Казалинскому району зарегистрировано около 50 общественных объединений и фондов. Обновление базы данных неправительственных организаций, на основании приказа Министерства культуры и спорта Республики Казахстан (далее-Министерство) от 19 февраля 2016 года №51 «Об утверждении Правил предоставления сведений о своей деятельности неправительственными организациями и формирования базы данных о них» в базу данных местных неправительственных организаций на сегодняшний день внесено 30 общественных организаций и фондов. На 2019 год из районного бюджета по государственному социальному заказу выделено 112 000,0 тенге на 17 проектов. По 13 проектам, реализуемым неправительственными организациями на 2020 год, из районного бюджета выделено 130,000 000 тенге, ведется соответствующая работа. В настоящее время в районе действуют 5 общественных объединений по реализации государственного социального заказа. Общественное объединение "социально-исследовательский и информационно-аналитический центр "Сауал», общественное объединение «Қазалы ынтымағы», общественное объединение "Қазалы-ЖОМАРТ", корпоративный фонд " Казалы "общественного объединения" Казахское общество слепых", общественное объединение "Союз молодежи Кызылординской области"

В целях реализации информационной политики через телеканалы и газеты на 2020 год из районного бюджета выделено 6500,0 тыс. тенге. В том числе на районный телеканал «Серик ТВ» предусмотрено 1000,0 тыс. тенге, на областной телеканал «Казахстан-Кызылорда» 1500,0 тыс. тенге, на газеты (региональный «Туран-Казалы») 4000,0 тыс. тенге. Пресс-служба акимата Казалинского района организует регулярное информирование о развитии региона, достижениях в отраслях и положительных новостях района в республиканских, областных, районных СМИ, интернет-ресурсах.
