Details of deposit accounts for making an election contribution of candidates for deputies of the Kazalinsky district maslikhat

A candidate for deputy of the Maslikhat, before registration and after his/her verification of compliance with the requirements set forth by the Constitution and the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", shall also make an election contribution in the amount of 5 MZP to the account of local executive bodies:

Political parties that have put forward party lists, before registration and after its verification for compliance with the requirements imposed on it by the Constitution and the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", make an election contribution of 5 MZP from their funds to the account of local executive bodies:

5 x 70,000 = 350,000 tenge for each person included in the party list.

The election fee for the corresponding territorial electoral district is not paid by political parties that received 5 percent or more of the votes of the voters from the number of those who took part in the voting at the previous elections of deputies of the corresponding maslikhat.

Political parties that received from 3 to 5 percent of the votes of the voters from the number of those who took part in the voting in the corresponding territorial electoral district in the previous elections of deputies of the corresponding maslikhat, pay 50 percent of the amount of the election contribution: 2.5 MZP x 70,000 = 175 000 tenge for each person included in the party list; 

Political parties that received from 1 to 3 percent of the votes of the voters from the number of those who took part in the voting in the corresponding territorial electoral district in the previous elections of deputies of the corresponding maslikhat, pay 70 percent of the amount of the election contribution: 

3.5minimum wage x 70,000 = 245,000 tenge for each person included in the party list.
