About the approval of the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object in the Kazalinsky district for 2022

The draft decision was developed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the resolution of the acting the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 166 "On the condominium methodology for calculating the cost estimates for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object, also in accordance with the order " on approval of the Methodology for calculating the minimum amount of costs for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object " (registered in the Register state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20284).
