On January 10, 2023, 3 people submitted documents to the Kazalinsky district Election Commission, in accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", for nomination as a candidate for akim of the Akjon rural district in the order of self-nomination:

Yeriyaz Zhanarys Burkhanuly;

Kazhazarov Kanat Askarovich;

Seraliev Nurken Dzharbolovich.

The Kazalinsk District Election Commission, based on requests to the relevant authorities, determines the compliance of the candidate for the election of mayors of rural districts with the requirements established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law on Public Service.

The nomination of candidates in accordance with the calendar plan for the election of the akim of the Akjon rural district, scheduled for January 29, 2023, is carried out from December 31, 2022 to January 13, 2023 (until 18.00 hours).
