On amendments to the decision of the Kazalinsky district Maslikhat of the Kyzylorda region dated December 29, 2021 No. 196 "On the budget of the Mailybassky rural District for 2022-2024"

The body-developer of the draft decision is the municipal state institution "The Office of the akim of the Mailybassky rural district".

The draft decision was developed in accordance with Article 109-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 "Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2-7 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
