The body-developer of the draft resolution and decision is the municipal state institution "The Office of the akim of the rural district of Muratbayev".

The draft decision was developed in accordance with Article 109-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with paragraph 2-7 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
