The development body of the draft resolution and decision is the municipal state institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Kazalinsky district".

The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 529 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (Tax Code)".
