The development body of the draft resolution and decision is the municipal state institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Kazalinsky district".

The draft decision was developed in accordance with article 73 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 and article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
