About holding public hearings in Kyzylkum rural district

Dear residents of Kyzylkum rural district!

We inform you that in accordance with paragraph 7 of the "rules for transferring Forest Fund land to land of other categories for purposes related to Forestry", approved by the Order of the minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2015 No. 18-02/45, a public hearing will be held on the transfer of a land plot of 63.0 hectares located in the village of Azhar in Kyzylkum rural district of Kazalinsky district from the forest fund category to another land category of Kazalinsky district. The public hearing will be held on July 02, 2021 at 16:00 in the building of the KSU "Office of the Akim of Kyzylkum rural district", located at the address: Kazalinsky district, Kyzylkum rural district, Kukey village, Kukey Street, No. 2.

Aksakals of the village and representatives of public organizations, residents of the villages of Kuukey and Azhar, entrepreneurs, specialists of the state institution for the protection of forests and wildlife of Kazaly are invited to the public hearing.
