It is necessary to maintain water safety in local areas with the territorial departments of the Emergency Situations Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, do not swim in places not designated for swimming, and parents should not leave their children unattended in the summer season.
If you go swimming, remember the following safety rules:
- swim only when the air temperature is 25 degrees and the water temperature is 20 degrees;
- swim only on special beaches;
- go into the water slowly, when you reach a shallow place, stop and immerse your head in the water;
- occasionally get out of the water and rest;
- do not walk in the water until you are shivering;
- don't panic when trying to reach the surface of the water, shout for help;
- when encountering a strong current of water, do not swim against the current, but try to swim with the current towards the shore;
- when encountering a water current, take in more air without breathing, dive into the water, jump strongly in the direction of the current, and rise to the surface of the water;
- it is strictly forbidden to drink vodka-wine and take a bath;
- if you are tired, get out of the water immediately;
- do not jump into the water from an unfamiliar place;
- do not bathe when sweating and in the dark;
- do not use camera, ball, boards while bathing.

Today, the first meeting of the Commission on Juvenile affairs and protection of their rights under the akimat of the district was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Akim of the district Dauren Tleumbetov.
The meeting of the commission was attended by members of the commission, heads of law enforcement agencies and school principals.
The meeting discussed and approved the work plan of the district commission on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights under the district akimat for 2024.
In addition, in 2023, the issue of the prevention of juvenile delinquency and crimes committed against minors was considered.
During the meeting of the commission, work was also worked out to prevent group fights among teenagers.
In this regard, members of the commission, veteran Teacher Serik Kuanyshbayev, head of the district department of culture and sports Bolat Zholtaev, head of the district department of education Adilkhan Zholekeshov, deputy of the district maslikhat Elmira Nurmagambetova, director of the Kazalinsky Agrarian and Technical College Arman Musayev and a number of school principals expressed their thoughts.
Chairman of the Commission on Juvenile Affairs and protection of their rights under the Akimat of the district Dauren Ongarbaevich summed up the meeting and instructed the heads of relevant fields to carry out work related to the recommendations made.
