As part of the state program, a resident of the Zhalagash district opened a new business in the region. Askhat Yermekbayev produces products according to European standards. Since there were no high-quality antifreeze at an affordable price on the market, the businessman started opening this production.
The businessman's small enterprise produces antifreeze and non-freezing liquids under the trademark "SinPro". The company produces antifreeze, antifreeze, coolant for cars based on ethylene glycol and is considered the first domestic manufacturer. The company produces 1000 liters of antifreeze.
Antifreeze is a common name for liquids that do not freeze at low temperatures. Such products are intended for use in the cooling system of gasoline and diesel engines. That is, they prevent the formation of ice, corrosion, heating and scale in the cooling system. The main thing is that these products are used in accordance with the operating instructions of the car and heat exchange units.
The production employs 5 people. Despite the competition from foreign brands, the businessman's products find their place in the retail market of auto chemicals, thanks to high quality. In the future, the company plans to increase production volumes and types of products. However, it is necessary to replenish working capital.
— By profession, I am a chemical technologist and this type of production is close to me, - says Askhat Yermekbayev. – I invested my money in this business and received additional support from the state. Within the framework of the national entrepreneurship development project for 2021-2025, he won an irrevocable grant in the amount of 5 million tenge. In addition, through the regional investment center "Kyzylorda" received a loan in the amount of 6 million. Thus, government support significantly contributes to business development and stabilization of production costs.
According to the entrepreneur, the product, which is in great demand today, does not harm plastic pipes and rubber. The validity period of the product is up to five years, currently it is sold in retail outlets of the Zhalagash district. All types of antifreeze are produced for engines from passenger cars to powerful industrial machines.
An individual entrepreneur recently reported that he received a CT-KZ certificate for antifreeze. This is a document confirming that the goods were produced or processed on the territory of Kazakhstan. It is intended for internal use.
Individual entrepreneur Temirlan Zhaksylyk is engaged in the production of gas blocks necessary for construction work. This product is a durable, fireproof, environmentally friendly, heat–retaining building material with a small specific gravity, suitable for various processing. The peculiarity of the project is the use of tire waste in the production of gas blocks.
The entrepreneur started his business with gratuitous grant and own funds. I bought the necessary equipment in Atyrau.
— We produce 2000 pieces of gas blocks per month, — says Temirlan. — We purchase tire waste in ready-made form from Almaty. The plans are to buy a tire recycling machine, then we will be able to accept tires from service stations, residents of the village.
Today, in the Karmakshi district, entrepreneurs have not only increased the number of livestock and sell meat products, but also started the production of dairy products. One of such enterprises is Turmagambet LLP.
A small milk processing plant is actively operating in the village of Turmagambet of Karmakshi district. Previously, villagers used to go to the city by bus to sell milk, but now those days are over. They deliver milk to the factory every day and receive payment in cash.
There are now enough people in the settlement who are engaged in raising dairy cattle. After all, the demand for this product from consumers is high.
"Previously, the villagers took their milk to the city, to the district center. Now they hand it over to the dairy. In the future, it is planned to increase the number of livestock and the amount of milk produced. We supply dairy products on a regional scale. Residents are happy," says Nurzhan Pirmantayev, Director of Turmagambet LLP.
In addition to the acreage, Turmagambet LLP is engaged in the production of pasta and milk processing.
After the milk is poured into a large container and its fat content is determined, the process continues. Kaymak, cream, and low-fat kefir are produced from fatty milk. Sour cream is produced using a separator. Then kefir is made. All this happens through a special device. Since it is a natural product, it is not suitable for long-term storage. Its shelf life is only 10-12 days. Kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese, kurt, whey are produced here. The plant can produce about 1 ton of products from 500 liters of milk per day. The device worth 21 million tenge was brought from Yekaterinburg, Russia.
The population is satisfied with the products of the workshop. The price of the goods is reasonable and the products themselves are pure and natural. The villagers thank the farm, which produces finished products from available raw materials and provides the population with a stable income.
Now there are many types of semi-finished food on store shelves. It is suitable for those who are busy with work and students. It is enough to go home and cook.
At the same time, in August of this year, the business facility "Aisha-Bibi", which produces semi-finished products, started its work in Kyzylorda. Sneezes, Manti Samsa, sheets and other products are prepared there.
Ulpan Zhappasbayeva received a concessional loan in the amount of 3.5 million tenge at a rate of 6% from the Regional Investment Center "microbusiness Kyzylorda" in order to expand her business this year.
This money was spent by the entrepreneur on equipping the production with modern equipment.
Currently, the workshop produces 11 types of semi–finished products and provides more than 20 retail chains in the city.
5 people are permanently employed in the workshop. The company's products are sold under the brand name "Aisha-Bibi" at affordable prices for local residents.
– When we started our business, we produced only three different products. We open a page on the social network and maintain constant communication with customers. And now the population of the city has received a lot of recognition, and the output has increased to 11. 10-15 kilograms of products are produced per day from each type of product. The most popular products are dumplings and sheets. We received a license certifying the quality of products. "We plan to produce confectionery products in the future," the entrepreneur said.
It should be noted that the production of this type of food, which is difficult to prepare, but tasty, requires hard work and perseverance.
