A meeting on ensuring the transparency of the electoral system and making changes to the electoral system was held in Karmakshi district

On March 28, 2022, a meeting on ensuring the transparency of the electoral system in the New Kazakhstan was held in Karmakshi district.The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Kyzylorda regional election Commission Baimurzaev G, Secretary of the regional election commission Syrlybayeva A, deputies of district maslikhats, representatives of mass media, youth, public organizations, political parties, members of veterans' councils, precinct election commissions and public activists, a total of 73 people participated. The main tasks of the electoral system in the New Kazakhstan and the issues of improving the electoral system in Kazakhstan, reflected in the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2022, were widely discussed at the meeting. Chairman of the regional election commission G.Baymurzayev spoke about all the issues raised in the President's address, about the need for the members of the election commission to work on a collegial, public and transparent basis, to increase the level of electoral culture. G.Baymurzayev noted that in the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the changes in the fundamentals of the concept of "The State listening to the voice of the people" are aimed at improving the electoral system, which will increase the confidence of voters in the elections.The participants of the meeting and members of the district and precinct election commissions asked questions, gave detailed answers to questions, and also discussed the proposals of the participants of the meeting.Summing up the meeting, the Chairman of the regional election commission G.Baymurzayev thanked all the participants for the questions and suggestions.
