In connection with the introduction of amendments to the law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", a seminar was held at the district House of Culture on the topic "Elections of mayors of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legal basis of the electoral process and the organization of the work of election commissions" with the participation of chairmen, secretaries, members of all precinct election commissions of the district. The seminar was conducted by the representative of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda region Turabayeva Akmaral Aidarovna. Deputy Chairman of the regional election commission Nakipov Bolat Nurzhigitovich and member of the regional election commission Nauryzbayev Kozhamzhar made reports on the agenda item "On the aspects of organizing and conducting direct elections of akims of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts of the Republic of Kazakhstan". After the report, the members of the precinct election commissions were able to ask their questions and get comprehensive answers in connection with the newly adopted law.

After the seminar, the associate professor of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda region, Ayaganova Almagul Zhandildakovna, with the participation of all members of the commission, organized a practical lesson on the topic "Business game "Election day of akims of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
