Completed work with non-governmental organizations of the district for the second quarter of 2022
63 non-governmental organizations are registered in Karmakshy district.
Among them: 28 public associations, 22 public foundations and 13 branches of organizations of the republican and regional levels.
In order to create conditions for the formation and development of the civil society sector, there is a council for interaction and partnership with non-governmental organizations established under the akimat of the district.
The state order of non-governmental organizations has a positive impact on the activity of civil society, motivates the solution of issues of local importance.
In this regard, the akimat of the district annually allocates funds from the budget for the implementation of socially significant projects, 6 projects will be implemented in 2022.

According to the Regional Department of Justice, 63 non-governmental organizations have been registered in Karmakshi district to date.
Among them: 28 public associations, 22 public foundations and 13 branches of organizations of the republican and regional levels. Most of the organizations are registered in the village of Zhosaly (38 organizations).
In addition, 26 primary organizations of rural districts (13 councils of veterans, 13 women's councils) operate on a voluntary basis.
In order to create conditions for the development of the civil society sector in the district, there is a Council for Interaction and partnership with non-governmental organizations established under the akimat of the district.
In accordance with the approved work plan of the Council for 2021, the Council meeting was held 2 times, 5 issues were considered on the agenda.
Demonstrates the positive experience of solving urgent problems in society, the activation of civil society through the state order of non-governmental organizations.
To this end, funds are allocated annually from the district budget for the implementation of socially significant projects of non-governmental organizations.
In 2021, the Department of Internal Policy allocated 11 million 299 thousand tenge from the district budget for social projects implemented by non-governmental organizations, 7 projects were implemented.
Within the framework of these projects, 18 events were organized to promote family values, 42 events to prevent corruption, 120 events in the field of youth policy, 23 events to ensure religious stability and 6 events for memorable dates.
Also, within the framework of the state order, 15 million 305 thousand tenge was allocated and implemented to the district department of physical culture and sports for the organization of the service "provision of social services to increase the coverage of the population of the Karmakshinsky district with mass sports", to the district department of employment, social programs and civil registration -9 million 206 thousand, to "provision of special social services to disabled children with musculoskeletal disorders and neuropsychiatric pathology in a day hospital" - 5 million 500 thousand tenge.
The district Department of Internal Policy expressed support for the initiatives of non-governmental organizations of the district, organizational and methodological assistance is provided on an ongoing basis. In order to stimulate their civic activity, various awards are awarded at the republican, regional, and district levels. Representatives of non-governmental organizations take an active part in cultural events, information and propaganda work, social and political life of the district.
Work in this direction will continue and is under the control of the akimat of the district and a specially created Council.

In this regard, the first meeting of the Council was held on April 15.
On the agenda:
The reports of the district Department of Internal Policy "On the work done and upcoming tasks for the development of the civil society sector in the district", the district Department of Employment, Social Programs and Civil Registration, the district Department of Physical Culture and Sports "On the progress of social projects implemented by non-governmental organizations under the state order" were heard.
The second and third meetings of the council are scheduled to be held in August and November.
Currently, non-governmental organizations demonstrate positive experience in solving urgent problems in society through government orders, increasing the activity of civil society.

In 2020, the council meeting was held 2 times, 4 issues were considered on the agenda, in accordance with the approved work plan for 2021, it is planned to hold 3 meetings of the council and consider 6 issues.

In particular, the district department of internal policy: in 2020, 11 million 15 thousand tenge was allocated and 11 projects were implemented, in 2021, 11 million 99 thousand tenge was allocated and 7 projects will be implemented.

22 public associations and 20 public funds are registered in the Karmakshy region.
By the resolution of the akimat of the Karmakshy region on July 30, 2018 No. 761, a "Council for interaction and partnership with non-governmental organizations" was created for the development of civil society in the Karmakshinsky district, on October 1, 2018, the composition of the council was approved by the decision of the maslikhat of the Karmakshy district No. 200.
The council includes heads of departments of the district akimat, heads of public organizations, representatives of political parties and the media.
The implementation of socially significant projects of public organizations in 2020, 11 projects were allocated from the district budget for the amount of 11 million 15 thousand tenge.
Including: 1 social project aimed at developing the potential of non-governmental organizations.

In the project's boundaries:
Methodological assistance was provided to non-governmental organizations in providing information to the NGO database. 8 training workshops on capacity building of NGOs were organized.
Distributed 300 copies of teaching materials on the topics: "Providing information to the database of non-governmental organizations", "Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on non-profit organizations", "Methodological information on the opening, termination of the work of non-governmental organizations."

At present, 22 public associations, 20 public funds, and 42 non-governmental organizations are registered in the region.
In order to support non-governmental organizations in 2019, 7 projects will be implemented from the regional budget with the allocation of 6 million 300 thousand tenge for the implementation of socially significant projects of non-governmental organizations, in 2020 - 8 projects for 6 million 515 thousand tenge.

In this regard, 6 million 15 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of socially significant projects of non-governmental organizations in 2020.
