The number of applicants - 3721 unemployed (Karmakshi-2663 people, Baikonur-1058 people). The number of unemployed citizens registered is 2,188 people (Karmakshi-1,563 people, Baikonur-625 people), the share of registered unemployed is 5.0 percent (Karmakshi - 6.6 percent, Baikonur-3.1 percent).
291 people (Karmakshi-187 people, Baikonur-104 people) are employed for permanent and temporary work.
In 2023, 2,856 new jobs are planned to be created in the district, 1,835 new jobs have been created, or the annual plan has been fulfilled by 64.2%.
On the implementation of the national project on entrepreneurship development for 2021-2025
35 113 000 tenge was allocated for short-term vocational training (Karmakshi-22, Baikonur city-58) for 80 people (Karmakshi- 9 789 000 tenge, Baikonur city-25 324 000 tenge).
284 people in the amount of 391,920,000 tenge were considered for the implementation of new business ideas for 400 MCI (Karmakshi-144 people in the amount of 198,720,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur -140 people in the amount of 193,200,000 tenge). As of June 23, 2023, 69 people (Karmakshi–32, Baikonur city-37) were sent to 43 institutions, 7 people were completed and permanently employed in the city of Baikonur. From 2022 to 2023, 142 people continue to work (Karmakshi-104, Baikonur-38). Of these, 47 people graduated from the Karmakshinsky district, 12 people were employed for permanent work.

The project "Kumis Zhas" – 35 people in the amount of 30,429,000 tenge (Karmakshi-26 people in the amount of 22,604,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur-9 people in the amount of 7,825,000 tenge). According to the plan, 46 people (Karmakshi-35, Baikonur-11) were sent to 25 institutions. In the city of Baikonur, 4 people have been completed and provided with permanent work.
For the project "Contract of generations" – 6 people in the amount of 3,726,000 tenge (Karmakshi-3 people in the amount of 1,863,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur-3 people in the amount of 1,863,000 tenge). Currently, 3 people have been sent to 2 institutions in the city of Baikonur.
For the project "Social workplace for people with disabilities" - 652,000 tenge per 1 person.

Social payments for social support of low-income families and needy citizens in the district
As of July 1 , 2023 , the following payments from the state were paid to low - income and needy citizens in the district:
- As of July 1, 2023, 111845.9 thousand tenge was assigned to targeted social assistance for 2190 people from 434 families (including the city of Baikonur), of which 94891.8 thousand tenge was paid for 2180 people from 432 families.
For the Karmakshinsky district (including the city of Baikonur) for 2023, 638080.0 thousand tenge was considered from the republican budget, 127616.0 thousand tenge from the local budget and a guaranteed social package of 105434.0 thousand tenge in total 871130.0 thousand tenge.
- As of July 1, 2023, social assistance was paid to 644 children aged 1 to 6 years from 291 families in the amount of 12,880.4 thousand tenge.
- 256947.0 thousand tenge is provided for the provision of housing assistance for 2023, to date 116453.0 thousand tenge has been paid to 1599 persons from 5406 families.
- 124 disabled children brought up at home were paid 6313.5 thousand tenge.

- In 1986-1987, 17 persons who took part in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster, other radiation disasters and accidents at civilian or military facilities, as well as those directly involved in nuclear tests and exercises, were assigned and fully paid 1,759.5 thousand tenge in 2023.
Work under the program "Individual rehabilitation of disabled people"
Through the department, as of July 1, 2023, more than 2,382 disabled people were provided with special equipment and special services were provided. In addition, 90783.0 thousand tenge is provided from the republican and local budgets for mandatory hygiene products for 2023, and mandatory hygiene products are continuously provided.
As of April 1, 2023, the Karmakshinsky district provided services for the transportation of disabled people using a special procedure in order to support socially vulnerable segments of the population ("Invataxi") 215 applications for 35 people. In order to amend the annex to the above quota, on May 3 of this year, the resolution of the Akimat of the district No. 78 "On Amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the Karmakshinsky district dated November 15, 2022 No. 149"On the establishment of quotas for jobs for 2023" was approved.
As a result, 6 quotas were fulfilled according to the quotas established for citizens registered with the probation service. In particular: individual entrepreneur "Shymbergenov Dauirzhan" Burabaev Nursultan worker, peasant farm "Bolashak" Tleuov Bekbolat worker, individual entrepreneur "Danlybaev Dastan" Tumanov Mirambek worker, individual entrepreneur "Bazarbayev" Embergenov Berik Dvornik, in LLP "Daulet" Askarov Nurbek worker and in LLP "Mir-2001" was accepted for work for workers.
According to the quota for citizens released from prison, Baimbetov Saulebek got a job as a worker in ANKH-Daulet LLP.
In 2023, citizens released from prison and registered with the district probation service, 19 people were registered as applicants to the employment center in Karmakshinsky district (2 people were released from prison) (2 citizens were registered in 2022). Of these, 13 people are employed on a permanent basis (5 of them on a quota), 1 citizen works with a youth practice. 1 citizen has been removed from the register. During the reporting period, 5 citizens are registered as unemployed (1 person was released from prison).
In addition, on March 18, 2023, in honor of "Nauryz Meirama", food charity assistance was provided to 2 probation citizens (Buirabayev Nursultan, Seitekenov Samgat).

As of July 1, 2022, 1712 unemployed people applied as an applicant (Karmakshi - 1247 people, Baikonur - 465 people). As of July 1, 2022, 555 people were employed for permanent and temporary work (Karmakshi - 212 people, Baikonur - 343 people).
In 2022, 2,533 new jobs are planned to be created in the district, 1,045 new jobs have been created, or the annual plan has been fulfilled by 41.2%.
On the implementation of the National Project on Entrepreneurship Development for 2021-2025
Within the framework of the 1st direction of the program, 20,540,000 tenge was allocated from the regional budget for short-term vocational training for 80 people (Karmakshinsky district - 30 people 8,937,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur - 50 people 11,603,000 tenge). 30 people were sent to Karmakshinsky agrarian and Technical College (Karmakshinsky district - 30 people, the city of Baikonur - 0 people).
In the II direction of the program, gratuitous grants are provided for the implementation of new business ideas from the republican budget and the National Fund for 400 MCI for 501 people in the amount of 290,700,000 tenge (Karmakshinsky district-370 people in the amount of 428,765,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur-131 people in the amount of 153,508,000 tenge). Currently, 8 people have received irrevocable grants in the amount of 9,801,600 tenge (Karmakshi-7 people in the amount of 8,577,800 tenge; Baikonur-1 person in the amount of 1,225,400 tenge).
In the III – direction of the program
In total, 38,250,000 tenge is provided for social jobs from the republican budget for 75 people (Karmakshinsky district - 50 people for 25,500,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur - 25 people for 12,750,000 tenge). A total of 39 people were sent (Karmakshinsky - 11 people, Baikonur-28 people).
In total, 174,462,000 tenge is provided for youth practice according to the plan for 249 people (Karmakshi-129 people, Baikonur-120 people).
In 2022, 124 people were actually sent (Karmakshinsky district - 27 people, the city of Baikonur - 97 people). 25 people have completed their work (Karmakshinsky district -0 people, the city of Baikonur - 25 people), 21 people have been employed permanently (Karmakshinsky district - 0 people, the city of Baikonur - 21 people).
For paid public works, a total of 177,824,000 tenge is provided for paid public works according to the plan for 247 people (Karmakshi-179 people, Baikonur-68 people).
In fact, 643 people were sent (Karmakshinsky district -533 people, the city of Baikonur -110 people). 26 people have completed their work (Karmakshinsky district-20 people, the city of Baikonur-6 people), 17 people have been employed permanently (Karmakshinsky district-13 people, the city of Baikonur-4 people).

About serving a sentence
On December 6, 2021, the decree of the Akimat of the district No. 68 "On the establishment of a quota of jobs for 2022" established quotas for citizens, 1 released from prison, and quotas for employment for 6 jobs for citizens registered with the probation service.
As a result, citizens registered with the probation service have fulfilled 5 quotas according to the established quotas. Namely: individual entrepreneur "Balgabayeva Rabiga" Iztileuov Turamagambet loader, individual entrepreneur "Marzhan" citizen Kalekov Aazamat worker, individual entrepreneur "Samal" Takibaev Bakhytzhan worker and Nurmakhanov Ruslan worker in limited liability partnership "Karmakshi Kurylys".
Tumanov Meirambek, released from prison, was hired as a stoker in the Karmakshinsky district department of Employment, social Programs and civil registration.
In total, 5 quotas were fulfilled according to the established quotas for citizens released from prison and citizens registered with the probation service.
The relevant work will be carried out in the near future with respect to the remaining established quotas.

7 people were registered as applicants to the employment center in the city of Baikonur (4 citizens were registered in 2021). Of these, 1 citizen is employed for a permanent job (according to a quota). 1 person was sent to paid public works and 1 person was sent to social jobs. 2 citizens have been removed from the register in connection with the requirements of the Procedure for registering the unemployed. During the reporting period, 4 citizens are registered as unemployed.
On an ongoing basis, work is being carried out to study the living conditions of citizens released from prison and registered with the probation service, together with specialists of the village, rural district, social workers. As a result, in the city of Baikonur, 1 citizen was assigned state targeted social assistance.
In case of deregistration of unemployed citizens released from prison and registered with the probation service, the probation service and the internal affairs bodies are notified.
The work plan of the consultative and advisory body under the akimat of Karmakshi district for 2022 was also approved to promote the activities of institutions and bodies executing criminal penalties and other measures of criminal legal impact, as well as the organization of social and other assistance to persons who have served criminal sentences.

On the implementation of the National Entrepreneurship Development Project for 2021-2025
Within the framework of the 1st direction of the program, 20,540,000 tenge was allocated from the regional budget for short-term vocational training of 80 people (Karmakshinsky district - 30 people 8,937,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur - 50 people 11,603,000 tenge).
In the II direction of the program, a grant from the republican budget for the implementation of new business ideas in the amount of 200 MCI for 475 people in the amount of 290,985,000 tenge is provided (Karmakshinsky district - 349 people in the amount of 213,797,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur - 126 people in the amount of 77,188,000 tenge).

In order to reduce the unemployment rate, as of today, 8 job fairs have been held. The number of employers is 54, vacancies are 65.
The State program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 "Enbek"
Within the framework of the 1st direction of the program, 30,281,000 tenge was allocated from the regional budget for short-term vocational training of 98 people (Karmakshinsky district - 38 people 11,726,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur - 60 people 18,555,000 tenge). In the Karmakshinsky district, 14 people were sent through the Karmakshinsky agrarian and Technical College to study in the specialty "Auto Mechanic", 12 people in the specialty "Electric and gas Welding", 12 people in the specialty "Electrician". On December 15, 37 people graduated. (1 person refused to study) 32 people are employed for permanent work in the specialty.
In the city of Baikonur on June 10 of this year, 30 unemployed registered citizens were sent to the training center of IP "Daulenbayev A. A." in Baikonur. Currently, 15 people have been trained in the specialties of "Car repair mechanic", "Construction electrician" 15 people.
In the specialty "Car repair mechanic", 8 citizens were employed on a permanent basis by individual entrepreneur "Daulenbayev A. A.", 9 citizens were employed by individual entrepreneur "Driving School Avtoquest", 6 citizens by individual entrepreneur "Arai" and 7 citizens by individual entrepreneur "Barlyk".
A total of 68 people were sent for short-term vocational training, 62 people were employed for permanent work.
87 people are planned to receive loans in the II direction of the program (Karmakshinsky district -58 people, the city of Baikonur-29 people, in addition to the plan). 80 people were financed in the amount of 283,298,669 tenge (Karmakshinsky district -58 people in the amount of 207,416,000 tenge, the city of Baikonur-22 people in the amount of 75,882,669 tenge).

In fact, 62 people were sent (Karmakshinsky district - 38 people, the city of Baikonur-24 people). 62 people completed the work (Karmakshinsky district - 38 people, the city of Baikonur-24 people). 54 people were employed on a permanent basis (Karmakshinsky district -32 people, the city of Baikonur-22 people).
