Currently, tenders for public procurement of liquid fuel are being held.
49.6 million tenge (2000 tons) has been allocated for solid fuel for 2023 and according to the results of purchases through the exchange, IP Kaliev was recognized as the winner.
In 2022, thermal boilers of 2 social facilities will be connected to natural gas in the district: secondary school No. 30 in the village of Zhosaly and Karmakshinsky district hospital.
52.0 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget to carry out work on connecting the thermal boiler house of the district sports and recreation complex to natural gas for 2023.

To date, entrepreneurs of the district sell solid fuel for 15 thousand tenge (coal) and 17.0-18.0 thousand tenge (charcoal).
During the heating season of 2021-2022, the population's demand for solid fuel amounted to 19500 tons, to date, 25,022 tons of solid fuel have been transported to the district, the plan has been fulfilled by 128.32%.

In this regard, in order to ensure uninterrupted and stable operation of all social facilities in the district by the autumn – winter heating season 2020-2021, the mayors of the village, rural districts and heads of departments were given appropriate instructions.

To create the necessary fuel reserves for 2020, the district budget allocated 619,057. 27 thousand tenge, including: 571,622. 2 thousand tenge for liquid fuel, 34809,6 thousand tenge for solid fuel, and 12,625. 0 thousand tenge for propane-butane. As a result, public procurement competitions were organized and contractual contracts were fully executed.
In the district, all social facilities were supplied in accordance with the needs of liquid and solid fuel reserves.
In education:
Currently, all schools in the district have undergone major and ongoing repairs to the heating system.
43,603 thousand tenge was allocated from the district budget for the current repair of 2 schools (school # 272 -29,283 thousand, school # 274-14,320 thousand). In order to monitor the progress of the heating season of social facilities for 2019-2020, the working group conducts a survey of social facilities located in rural localities.
