Medical assistance to the population of the district is provided by the Karmaksha district Hospital. The district hospital with 115 beds includes a polyclinic for 250 visits, a medical outpatient clinic-6, a paramedic and obstetric station-4 and 6 medical points. 108 beds are located in the district hospital, in the village of Komekbayev there are 7 beds of a round-the-clock hospital. In the therapeutic department-20 beds, in the gynecological department - 10 beds, in the surgical department-20 beds, in the children's department - 13 beds, in the maternity department – 15 beds (including 5 pathological and maternity departments for 10 beds, in the infectious diseases department-17 beds (10 children and 7 adults), in the children's department-15 beds). the rehabilitation department has 13 beds.

Effective use of the bed capacity of Karmaksha District Hospital within 3 months of 2022:

Karmaksha District Hospital provides inpatient care to the population of the district with a round - the-clock hospital for 115 beds (in 2021 -115) and 40 beds of a day hospital (in 2021-40). A total of 10,625 children and adolescents are scheduled for routine checkups of children aged 0-18 years. Tuberculosis prevention

For 3 months of 2021, 3,978 residents of the district were provided with fluorotexification, the plan was fulfilled by 98.7%, for 3 months of 2022, 3,631 residents of the district were provided with fluorotexport, the plan was fulfilled by 100.9%. Of these, 687 people of the mandatory group were examined in 3 months of 2021, the plan was fulfilled by 100.4 %. For 3 months of 2022, 719 people were examined, the plan was fulfilled by 99.6%. No identified tuberculosis patients were registered.

According to the district for 3 months of 2022, 1834 children are planned for the Mantoux test, 1834 children were tested for Mantoux, 100% execution. Of the 174 children who were tested positive for tuberculin, 174-100% were examined. 48 children were registered with the diagnosis of virage, no tuberculosis patients were detected among the children.

The number of patients who were disabled for the first time in 3 months of 2022 decreased by 11 people compared to last year (in 2021 - 21 patients, in 2022 - 10 patients).

On the 1st place with diseases of the visual organs: 13 patients – 19.1%, of them with a diagnosis of "High degree Myopia" - 6 people -8.8%, with a diagnosis of "Glaucoma" 4 people – 5.8%.

Diseases of the circulatory system take the 2nd place: 12 patients-17.6%, including 7 people with ONMC -10.2%, and 5 people with CHD-7.3 %.

On the 3rd place of neoplasms: 12 patients -17.6 %.

The 4th place belongs to the osteoarticular system: 11 patients - 16.1%.

For 3 months of 2022, 146 disabled people were treated in a hospital, of which 40 were treated in the day department, 10 were treated at home, 52 were treated in the district hospital, 2 were treated in the OMC, 1 was treated in Almaty, 36 were treated in special hospitals(tub), The number of disabled people treated in the rehabilitation center is 15.

For 9 months of last year, doctors of the district conducted 103341 appointments, 151012 residents were admitted during the reporting period, which is 47671 or 31.5 % more than in the same period last year. The reason for the increase is due to the emergence of a quarantine regime in the polyclinic from April 1 to August 1, 2020 due to the development of Covid-19 infection.

In connection with the incidence among the population of the district for 9 months of 2020, 21051 patients were registered, and for 9 months of 2021, the actual number of this indicator is 21062.

Tuberculosis prevention 

Measures to combat tuberculosis in the district in 2016 were carried out in accordance with the "Comprehensive Plan" for combating tuberculosis in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2014-2020, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 31.05.2014 No. 597. In order to increase the effectiveness of anti-tuberculosis measures, including treatment, the Road Map program until 2021 provided financial assistance to patients undergoing outpatient treatment in the amount of 10 million 922 thousand tenge, and 58 patients received financial assistance in the amount of 8 million 955 thousand tenge for 9 months.

In the first 9 months of 2020, 16 patients were registered for the first time, and the incidence was 48.6, while in the first 9 months of 2021, 17 patients were registered, and the incidence was 50.8.:

Irkol – 108.0; in the village of Turmagambet-52.2 (1 patient); in the village of Kuandariya - 157.0 (1 patient); in the village of Karmakshi – 94.7 (1 patient); in the village of Aktobe -66.7 (1 patient).

Of the 17 patients registered with a new case, 82.3% were diagnosed by a preventive examination of the FG, and 3 patients-17.7 % by their own complaints, of which 1 patient was diagnosed by their own complaints, 2 patients were diagnosed by their own complaints, 1 patient was diagnosed by their own complaints, 2 patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis (1 lumbar spine tuberculosis) were identified. If we divide registered patients with new conditions by profession: unemployed-9; pensioners-2; 1 schoolboy, 1 teacher, in other specialties-4; 52.9% unemployed and 36.3% retired-11.7%.

9-56. 2% of the 16 patients registered with a new disease have concomitant diseases; from low-income families-10-62. 5%, including 1 without a permanent address (PHC); as well as patients from the group of predisposition to tuberculosis-7-43. 7%.

Tuberculosis in children

Coverage of adolescents in FY

For 9 months of 2021, 987 adolescents are scheduled for a fluorographic examination, 980 of them were examined, the implementation plan is 99.3%, 2 adolescents were diagnosed with tuberculosis.

Coverage of postpartum women by FG survey

In 2021, 540 women were examined, the plan was fulfilled by 105.6%, no patients were identified.

Mandatory group verification

For 9 months of 2021, 2405 people from the mandatory group were examined, the plan was fulfilled by 99.4%, 1 patient with tuberculosis was identified (1 teacher from Kent Zhosaly).

27 patients were provided with hygiene products, 20 patients with individual assistants, 18 patients with trolleys, 11 patients with walking sticks, 1 patient with a corset,4 patients with prosthetics, 3 patients with crutches, 6 patients with typhoid technology, 6 patients with orthopedic shoes, 6 patients with prosthetic and orthopedic devices, 8 patients with social assistance, 2 patients with a walker, 12 patients with sanatorium treatment, 13 patients were sent for employment.

For 9 months of 2020, only 843 people passed out of the doctor's consultation office, including: 320 patients due to the extension of the disability certificate, 163 patients due to filling out form No. 88 for disability, 360 people for obtaining a certificate.
