Completed work in the field of youth policy for the 2st quarter of 2023
The total population of the Karmakshi district was 52,500 people, of which 16622 people were from 14 to 35 years old, an increase of 4025 years and accounting for 31.9% of the total population, including 12976 young people aged 18-34 years.

In 2023, the total amount of the state youth policy in the district is 26359000 tenge.

In accordance with the annual action plan, the district youth resource center organized and covered more than 3,000 young people in various directions -84 events for the first 6 months of 2023.
In the period from January to June, in order to prevent crimes committed on the streets and in public places, as well as attacks on human life and health, a joint group of employees of the departments of the akimat of the district and law enforcement agencies was created, and raid events were organized from 21:00 to 01:00 at night. A total of 45 raid operations were organized.
According to the results of the first quarter of 2023, 21 people aged 18 to 34 years are registered with the probation service. In January 2023, a memorandum of cooperation and cooperation was signed between the district Youth Resource Center and the district probation service. In order to promote state programs among young people, 35 meetings were held.
In order to provide seasonal employment for the youth of the district aged 16-34, work is being carried out on the draft state program "Zhasyl El". In total, 200 young people will be provided with seasonal employment in the period from May to August.
A list of 930 young people of the NEET category was provided for study to carry out work on employment, retraining, grants or loans for the opening of a profession, measures of state support for young people of the NEET category defined on the digital family map for the Karmakshinsky district. According to the results of the targeted work, the list of NEET youth in the Karmakshinsky district is 100% completed in the family digital map database with a complete list of 930 young people.

Project "Qadam kenes" :
A meeting was held with the director of "CEO IT Park" Almat Zhomartovich on the priority direction of the Qadam kenes project. The main goal of the project is to establish links between young people and people from the Karmakshy region. During the meeting, a full explanatory work was carried out in the IT direction for young people and a wide explanatory work was carried out on specialties that are in demand in the future.
Within the framework of the "Qadam mura" project, a meeting was held between the chairman of the Karmakshy regional branch of the NGO of the International Society "Kazakh tili" Raeva Kulzhaukhar Tulegenovna with youth and students on the topic "The role of youth in society". At the meeting, respect for the elder was expressed in the fact that respect for the younger is a great heritage.
As part of the "World Without Violence" campaign, a meeting was held with industry experts and youth from 7 schools and colleges located in the Zhosaly village.
Akimat of the Akzhar rural district and the district youth resource center held a meeting of rural youth in an open free format with representatives of the regional department of social development and non-governmental organizations. In order to establish close ties with young teachers, a group was created through the WhatsApp messenger in a special social network.
In order to promote state programs with the population in towns and rural districts, special working groups were created. The meeting was attended by specialists from the regional department of entrepreneurship, industry and tourism, the department of agriculture and land relations, the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs in the Karmakshy region, the Youth Resource Center, the Employment Center and financial organizations.
On November 17, under the project "Kino Time", in honor of the International Day of Students, at the request of the students, the movie "Johan" was shown, in which more than 50 young people took part. In the framework of the "Kino Time" project, 10 film evenings for young people were held during this time, reaching more than 500 young people, of which 40 were young permanent participants.

At the beginning of the year, the district youth resource center approved an action plan for the "Year of Children" for 2022 and organized a number of projects.
According to the results of the first half of 2022, the district youth resource center organized 128 events in various areas, covered more than 2,500 young people.
1) for the "140th anniversary of T. Iztleuov", an excursion was held with the students of the school in the Karmaksha district library.

I. On improving the work of the Youth Center:
It is obvious that the effective implementation of the state youth policy is, first of all, a reflection of the work of youth specialists. At the same time, close work is being carried out in all villages and rural districts to improve the skills and implement innovative ideas of youth specialists.
In February, a meeting of youth specialists was held. The meeting discussed the work of specialists in youth affairs of settlements and rural districts in 2020 and plans for 2021. Specialists in youth affairs addressed the Youth Center with suggestions and feedback.
II. Progress in working with NEET youth:
The share of young people in the NEET category is decreasing every year. At the end of 2020, the number of young people in the NEET category was 23 years old. For the first quarter of 2021, young people of the NEET category are identified. To exclude young people from the NEET category, work is being done to attract them to public works and to involve them in events. The third stage of the pilot project "Business Angel" has been launched to reduce the share of NEET youth and unemployed youth. A list of rural youth who have expressed a desire to sow a crop has been formed. In the spring, rural youth are engaged in gardening, growing grain crops during the summer and selling products grown at fairs held in the autumn.
III. On working with youth probation:
For the first quarter of 2021, the probation service is registered for 11 years between the ages of 18 and 28. (one of them is in custody)
In February, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Karmaksha District Youth Resource Center and the Karmaksha District Probation Service. Both parties will systematically work with young people under the age of 29 who are registered with the probation service.
In March, an individual meeting with probation youth was held. Specialists in the field of youth, entrepreneurship, employment, and religion personally communicated with young people who are registered on crime issues, learned about the situation and the city. Experts gave advice to young people on employment, starting a profession, and improving legal literacy.
On the effective organization of youth leisure activities:
According to the results of the first quarter of 2021, the Youth Center held 44 events. 30% of the events were held online.
In January, within the framework of the project "30 good deeds", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a round table on the theme "Let's drink tea!" was held. Volunteers and young people in winter treated the residents of the district with hot tea and baursaks.
In February, the project "Jastar live" was launched. Within the framework of the project, open dialogue platforms were held: "Religion and Youth", "Jas otbasy".
A debate club "zhuz shayyr"was created at the Youth Center. The goal of the club is to consolidate the young generation into a single environment, free speech in their own playing environment, and the formation of political understanding. The Debate club has about 20 members. Active youth perform at district tournaments.
A meeting was held with veterans of the Afghan War. The meeting was attended by the chairman of the NGO "Regional Council of War and Afghanistan Veterans" Askar Yermanov, veterans of Afghanistan and young people. The veteran brothers told about the war, which they saw through their eyes, and answered the questions of our young people. This year marks the 32nd anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan.
Together with the Karmakshi district branch of the Center for the Study of Problems of Religion, a round table was held on the topic "Din-tarbieh ruhani tiregi". The round table was attended by about 25 young people and schoolchildren. Speaker of the meeting, religious scholar Zh. Iskakov encouraged young people to become religious literate and shared interesting facts and stories about religion.
Young people met with veterans. The Kazakhs have a saying: "At home with an old man-a treasure." There was a meeting with the grandparents-veterans aged 75 years, 85 years and 95 years. During the meeting, the commandments, instructions and instructions of our elderly people were heard.
A family relay race was held. Four families took part in the relay race. Teams competed in the following categories: relay pole, mixed relay, penguin, lap race, and wheelbarrow. The winners were awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes.
In March, the center launched a free guitar course with the aim of forming a youth culture. The course provides great opportunities for young people who want to play the guitar.
The Youth Center organized "Koshpeli keruen" in honor of the holidays in March.
