Large-scale projects have been implemented in the field of energy in the region this year. In order to develop power supply systems in 2020, more than 3 billion 337 million tenge were allocated and 5 projects were put into operation. In addition, in the region, within the framework of state programs in the amount of 4 billion tenge, major repairs were carried out and 7.8 km of heating networks were put into operation.

Minister of energy Nurlan Nogayev and akim of the Kyzylorda region Gulshara Abdykalikova got acquainted with the activities of JV Kazgermunai LLP, located in the regional center, including the work of the Intelligent field project.
The activity of this institution, which started its activity in 1993, is oil and gas production. Kazgermunai JV LLP has 5 separate oil and gas fields, in particular, Central Akshabulak, East Akshabulak, South Akshabulak, Nuraly and Aksay, which provide jobs for 746 people.
The volume of oil production in 2019 was 2.2 million tons.
As part of the approved roadmap for digitalization of the fuel and energy complex of the Ministry of energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, last year "JV "Kazgermunai" LLP introduced the digital technology "Intelligent field".
The implementation of this technology helps to increase oil production by 1-2%, monthly calculation index up to 700 days, reduce operating costs by up to 10% and increase the efficiency of management decisions by up to 20%.

This facility was commissioned in 1964. Today it employs 1,016 people. The company is engaged in transmission and distribution of electricity in the region. The length of power transmission lines in the region is 10,046. 3 km, including air - 9924.4 km, cable-121.9 km.
Then the Minister and akim visited the Kyzylorda TPP. This center was commissioned in 1964 and provides Central heating for the regional center. The total length of the city's heating networks related to the region is 186.8 km.
Akim of the region Gulshara Abdykalikova presented to the Minister of energy Nurlan Nogaev proposals for the modernization of two facilities.
In addition, the Minister of energy got acquainted with the reconstruction of the power plant "Zhosaly" PS-220-35/10 kV in p.Zhosaly.
On the eve of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the state program "development of regions", work on 3 projects for the reconstruction of power grids and substations was completed in karmakshi district, including one project – modernization of the power grids of the Zhosaly PS-220-35/10 kV power plant. in p.Zhosaly.
During the project implementation, 25 MVA 220/35/10 kV and 6.3 MVA 35/10 kV transformers, 220 kV and 35 kV switchgears will be installed. However, it is also planned to build open switchgear for outdoor installations.
Also, Nurlan Nogayev got acquainted with the implementation of the projects " Expansion and reconstruction of electric networks of 6-10/0.4 kV p.Toretam and Akai aul district" and " Expansion and reconstruction of 35/10 kV substation No. 22 p. Toretam."
The implementation of these projects will optimize energy consumption modes, provide uninterrupted high-quality power supply to 18,304 consumers, and will also contribute to reducing electricity losses through the use of modern equipment and the introduction of new technologies.
Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nogayev and akim of the region Gulshara Abdykalikova visited the village of Toretam, where they got acquainted with the implementation of the projects "Expansion and reconstruction of electric networks 6-10/0,4 in the village of Toretam and Akay aul district" and "Expansion and reconstruction of 35/10 kV substation No. 22 in the village of Toretam". These projects were commissioned on the eve of the Day of the first President of Kazakhstan.
Funds for the reconstruction of facilities were allocated under the state program "employment Roadmap".
As part of the first project, work was carried out to update more than 966 kilometers of electric networks, as well as to install 33 units of standard transformer substations of various capacities in the village of Toretam and the aul district of Akay. As part of the project "Expansion and reconstruction of 35/10 kV substation No. 22 in the village of Toretam", work was carried out on the reconstruction of various types of switches and the installation of two-section tires instead of a switch with microprocessor protection. Also, a building was built for the operational staff on duty and the territory of the substation was expanded.
The implementation of these projects will optimize the mode of electricity consumption, as well as reduce electricity losses through the introduction of modern equipment and new technologies.
It should be noted that starting from 2021, it is planned to implement gasification projects for the city of Kazalinsk, Toretam and Akay settlements of karmakshinsky, the village of Saksaulsk in the Aral region, as well as suburban settlements of Nauryz and Makhambet. In turn, this will help to improve the social situation of the population.
During the trip, N. Nogaev and G. Abdykalikova got acquainted with the work of the state unitary enterprise "Production and energy Association "Baikonurenergo" in the city of Baikonur and the work on converting the local thermal power plant to natural gas.
The thermal power plant is the property of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its main task is to provide heat and electricity to the city and the objects of the Baikonur complex. The company's capacity is 48 MW. It is expected that if the heat source is switched from fuel oil to natural gas, tariffs for the population will be significantly reduced.
Nurlan Nogayev noted that he would support the proposals made.
