About working with requests from individuals and legal entities
The Department received 41 requests for the first quarter of 2020. Of these, 28 are from individuals and 13 are from legal entities. All requests were taken under control, and responses were given in accordance with the deadline set by law. The personal reception of citizens by the head of the Department and their deputies is constantly carried out according to the approved schedule. The schedule of reception of citizens is published in the mass media. During the reporting period, the head of the Department and deputies accepted 2 citizens. all accepted citizens were given appropriate explanations. Addresses of individuals and legal entities (written, oral, personal receptions) are registered and assigned serial numbers. Registration of requests (individuals and legal entities) is made in the journal and the registration card is filled in in the paper version. The deadline for consideration of applications is set from the date of registration.
