Report on electricity supply for the IV quarter of 2020
In 2020, 3 billion 337 million tenge was allocated from the republican and regional budgets for the development of power supply networks (including 1 billion tenge from the Republic of Belarus). 300 million tenge out of about 2 billion tenge. 37 million tenge) for these funds, 5 projects were completed and put into operation. As part of the implementation of these projects, more than 100 km were reconstructed. power supply networks and 2 substations with a voltage of 220/35/10 kV, 35/10 kV, 33 sets of KTPN of various capacities are installed. As a result, consumers of these areas were provided with reliable and high-quality electricity.
According to the program "Business Roadmap 2025", 2 projects were implemented in Karmakshi and Kazalinsky districts to supply electricity to a poultry farm for the production of poultry meat with a capacity of 1500 tons per year and a livestock farm of JSC "RZA". It was built VL-10 kV with a length of 24.4 km and installed 2-units KTPN-2x1600 kVA.
Funds allocated from the regional budget to increase the authorized capital of JSC "KRAK" are being carried out to modernize the worn-out power supply systems of the settlements of Akkyr, Madeniyet, Zhanadariya, Zhanatalap, Akkum and Bukharbay Batyr Zhalagashsky. To date, residents of the settlements of Akkyr, Madeniyet and Zhanadariya are connected to the upgraded electric networks, while construction and installation work continues in the remaining 3 settlements.
At the same time, work has been completed to bring into compliance with the requirements of construction standards, illegally built electrical networks (samostroy) of six sections of the Sabalak dacha massif in Kyzylorda. As a result, 30 km of power transmission lines with a voltage of 10/0.4 kV were reconstructed, 6 complete transformer substations of various capacities were installed, as a result of these works, more than 540 consumers were provided with stable and high-quality electricity.
Report on electricity supply for the III quarter of 2020
The reconstruction of the 220/35/10 kV substation "Zhosaly" in the village of Zhosaly is being continued for 1,640. 4 million tenge allocated in 2020 from the Republican and regional budgets (RB-965.6 million tenge, OB-164.1 million tenge).Zhosaly of karmakshi district of Kyzylorda region. (implementation period 2019-2020g.d) as of October 01 this year, 919.6 million tenge was spent( RB-848.3 million tenge, OB-71.4 million tenge). Upon completion of construction and installation works in December 2020, more than 18.9 thousand residents of Kent Zhosaly will be provided with uninterrupted and high-quality power supply.
According to the program "Formation and increase of the authorized capital of legal entities", 72.6 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget for the further development of electric networks in the locality of Akkum in Zhalagash district. Construction and installation works are currently underway.
As part of the "employment Roadmap" program, 2156.1 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget for the reconstruction of 6-10/0.4 kV electric networks in Toretam and Akay localities, 35/10 kV substations in Toretam localities. To date, contracts have been signed with contractors and construction and installation work has begun.
According to the program "business Roadmap" from the Republic of Belarus, 228,398 thousand tenge was allocated from the Republican budget for the project "Providing external engineering infrastructure of the livestock farm of JSC "RZA" of kazalinsky district of Kyzylorda region (electricity supply)". Currently, a contract has been signed with the contractor, and construction and installation work has begun.
Within the framework of cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, a project worth 5.2 billion tenge is being implemented to modernize the electric networks in Kyzylorda and Shieli district. According to the project, 70 substations and more than 300 km of electric lines will be reconstructed. To date, 95% of the planned work has been completed. Due to quarantine measures, the work is scheduled to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2020. As a result, consumers of the outskirts of Kyzylorda and Kenta Shieli will be provided with uninterrupted and high-quality electricity supply.

For the allocated in 2020 from the Republican and regional budgets 1 056.3 million tenge (RB-892.2 million tenge, OB - 164.1 million tenge), work continues on the reconstruction of the 220/35/10 kV substation "Zhosaly" in p.Zhosaly of karmakshi district of Kyzylorda region. As of July 01, this year, 627.9 million tenge was disbursed(RB-556.5 million tenge, OB-74.4 million tenge). Upon completion of construction and installation works in September 2020, more than 18.9 thousand residents of Kent Zhosaly will be provided with uninterrupted and high-quality power supply.

Upon completion of construction and installation works in 2020, more than 18.9 thousand residents of Kent Zhosaly will be provided with uninterrupted and high-quality power supply.

About the work done for 12 months 2019
In 2019, the 1st stage of construction of electric networks on the left Bank of the Syr Darya river in the city of Kyzylorda was completed, and a substation with a capacity of 32 MVA was put into operation. Residents of the left Bank, household and social facilities are provided with uninterrupted electric power.
The reconstruction of the 220/35/10 kV "Zhosaly" substation in Kyzylorda region was started with 510.6 million tenge allocated from the Republican budget. Upon completion of construction and installation works in 2020, more than 34 thousand residents of kentazhosala will be continuously supplied with high-quality electric energy.
A positive conclusion was received from the state expert examination of projects for the reconstruction of substations PS 35/10kV "GMZ", "Silicate", "Komsomol","Zalineynaya", "Industrial" in the city of Kyzylorda.
In the framework of the state program "business Road map-2020" for the "Electricity economy/agricultural production cooperative "Bekarys" in a/o Generacionales district of Kyzylorda oblast" for 9 farms built 15 km of electric lines, installed 8 units of transformer substations.
At the same time, within the framework of this program, construction and installation works are underway to supply electricity to a greenhouse complex with an area of 2,157 hectares in Makhambet. A block-modular transformer substation with a capacity of 2x1600 kVA was installed and 5.4 km of electrical networks were built.

According to the project, 52 substations and more than 300 km of electric lines will be reconstructed. To date, 80% of the planned work has been completed. The completion date is Q2 2020. As a result, consumers on the outskirts of the city and kentashieli will be provided with uninterrupted and high-quality power supply.
Two solar power plants with a total capacity of 80 MW were commissioned in the Zhalagash and Shieli districts of the region, built at the expense of investors. 70 new jobs were opened. The project has a positive impact in the implementation of the Concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the transition to a"green economy".
