In the 4th quarter of 2020, the Office received 25 appeals. Of these, 9 from individuals, 16 from legal entities. All appeals were taken under control, answers were given in accordance with the established deadline by law. The personal reception of citizens by the head of the department and their deputies is constantly carried out in accordance with the approved schedule.The schedule for the reception of citizens is published in the media. Applications of individuals and legal entities (written, oral, personal receptions) are recorded and serial numbers are generated. Registration of the appeal (individuals and legal entities) is made in the journal and the registration card is filled in in paper form. The term for consideration of applications is established from the date of registration.
