Develops normative legal acts in accordance with the competence of the Department.
Develops issues for the meeting of the regional budget Commission when approving and clarifying the regional budget in accordance with the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Controls the activities of the Department and is personally responsible for performing the tasks assigned to the Department.
Provides targeted development of funds allocated for drinking water supply of localities and develops proposals for investment projects;
prepares agreements between the Ministries and the regional akim on funds allocated from the national budget through targeted transfers;
