Livestock Development Department

- Development and enforcement of the annual work plan;
- Provides timely execution of these orders, decrees, orders, orders, letters;
- Implementation and synthesis of plans approved by the central executive body for the programs "Sybaғa", "Altyn asyk" and "Kulan" for the development of livestock breeding;
- Organizes the acquisition, maintenance of highly productive breeding animals and the rearing of young animals for large-scale reproduction due to their own offspring;
- Develops measures to create conditions for the growth of specialized livestock farms;
- Makes proposals to the head of the department on the implementation of the latest scientific achievements in the livestock industry;
- Implements state policy in the field of livestock breeding;
- Coordinates the maintenance and submission of the state register of breeding stock to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on time, depending on the type of product;
- Allocates subsidies for pedigree products (material) within the budget allocated for these purposes, taking into account the proposals of the republican chambers for animal breeds and other public associations that carry out activities in the field of animal husbandry;
- Keeps records of data in the field of livestock breeding according to approved forms;
- Carries out work on subsidies within the funds provided from the republican and regional budgets for the development of livestock;
- Coordinates the communication of enterprises with small workshops for processing livestock products with sources of raw materials for its sustainable functioning;
- Coordinates work with the main state veterinary inspector of the Kyzylorda regional territorial inspection of the State Inspection Committee in the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on compliance with veterinary rules for breeding animals imported into the region .;
- Provides practical assistance and coordination of pedigree work in the region;
- The implementation of the recommendations of the Republican scientific and practical conference on problems, tasks, solutions and the introduction of new technologies in the livestock industry and is widely promoted through the media;
- Organizes the development of processing industries of livestock products;
- Ensures the participation of processing enterprises in the livestock industry in national and local budget programs for state support and organizes the introduction of advanced and competitive technologies in the field of product processing.
- Ensuring timely and high-quality provision of relevant information on the implementation of projects included in the detailed plan and target indicators for the development of the agro-industrial complex as part of project management.
- Coordinates seasonal work in the field of processing livestock products, analyzes livestock and livestock products by region;
- Ensuring a timely and high-quality response to received requests from individuals and legal entities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Provides timely and high-quality performance of public services;
