On September 26, 2022, in accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", 3 people submitted documents on admission as a candidate to the akims of the village of Saksaulsk in the order of self-nomination.:

The Aral District Election Commission determines the compliance of candidates for the election of mayors of rural districts with the requirements established for them by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service" on the basis of requests to the relevant authorities.

The nomination of candidates in accordance with the calendar plan for the election of the akim of the village of Saksaulsk, scheduled for October 16, 2022, is carried out from September 17 to September 30 this year (up to 18-00 hours).
