On August 31, 2022, the Aral District Election Commission, in accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akims of the rural district of Akirek and the village of Zhaksykylysh submitted documents of 2 people on the nomination of a candidate by self-nomination for elections:

Akirek Rural District:

1. Topalov Rakhat Bereketovich;

Zhaksykylysh village

2. Bersugurov Pazylbek Skendrovich;

The Aral District Election Commission will establish the compliance of candidates for election to the akims of the rural district with the requirements imposed on them by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law on Public Service on the basis of requests to the relevant authorities.

According to the calendar plan for the elections to the akims of the Akirek rural district and the Zhaksykylysh settlement, scheduled for September 18, 2022, the nomination of candidates is carried out in the period from August 19 to September 2 this year (until 18.00 hours).
