On August 28, 2022, in accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", 3 people were submitted to the Aral District Election Commission to the akims of Akirek rural district and Zhaksykylysh village to nominate a candidate by self-nomination for elections:
Akirek rural district:
1. Amanzholov Kairat Kayrollaevich;
Zhaksykylysh village
1. Sanakulov Utegen Kanymbaevich
The Aral District Election Commission will establish the compliance of candidates for election to the akims of the rural district with the requirements imposed on them by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law on Public Service on the basis of requests to the relevant authorities.
According to the calendar plan for the elections to the akims of the Akirek rural district and the Zhaksykylysh settlement, scheduled for September 18, 2022, the nomination of candidates is carried out in the period from August 19 to September 2 this year (until 18.00 hours).
